Loved it while it worked. The steamer has stopped working. I have not used this sauna many times, and I used distilled water in it. Can someone please reach out to me to find out how I can get the steamer replaced. TYSM.

I owned one for a few months it worked great! Due to storage issue and the Florida weather it got mold and had to throw it away. Besides that it was fantastic!! Enjoyed it, I did use a larger folding chair. Much more comfortable

The seat is a little small and could be more comfortable but otherwise very good product that we will continue to use. Saves us from having to go to the gym to use a sauna. This sauna has helped me get through one of the worst allergy seasons of my life. I get in it everyday to drain all of the mucus building up in my body. It was easy to assemble and I've moved it all around my house and it hasn't broken yet! All in all I highly recommend!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Powerful real sauna! Works so well, I had to keep opening the zipper to let out steam because it was so steamy. A bit annoying to put together for the first time, because it requires a good amount of elbow grease to push the frame pieces far enough into the joints so that it’s small enough for the cloth to fit over the frame. Also, tube conector is already ripping a bit and poking through the fabric after the first use, though it probably won’t affect the use.

Setup took me about 45 minutes. The instructions were clear, but the lightweight plastic frame felt a bit delicate, so I was careful snapping pieces together. Once assembled, the insulated cover fit well and looked sleek: set it for 20–25 minutes, let it preheat, then get in for your full session. Once inside, the steam felt relaxing, consistent, and great for muscle recovery. The included chair is small (about 12” wide) and fine for short sits, but I’ll likely replace it with a sturdier stadium chair. I wish there was an internal thermometer to check the temp while inside.

It was easy to put together. The plastic frame seems a little flimsy until you get it all together but once together it's good. The amount of steam and heat surprised me and it it now my daily go to for unwinding and relaxing before bed. I am 6' tall and have no issues getting in or out, it's not tall enough to stand up in but once seated it has plenty of room above. I will probably try a little bigger chair as the one that came with it is a little small. I also put a few drops of essential oil in the water tank which adds to the experience. Not sure if this is the reason but I have slept through the night every night since I started using this sauna.

It was a big pain to put together since the plastic frame feels pretty cheap and flimsy, yet you definitely need to use some force in order to make it fit. But, once you put it together, the sauna itself is nice! It's just so relaxing to sit and relax in the steam. I'll definitely be using this after workouts and in the winter.
