[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought my TV about a month ago and it refuses to connect to the Wi-Fi and tw or 3 times a day. It loses the volume and I can't get it back on. I have to turn it off and wait a couple of days. You know what a fourth to start working again? I'm not saying it's the worst product ever. I probably just got one bad T. V, so you make up your own mind about it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Have owned Vizio televisions for about 12 years. Bought a 65" 4K set to replace our old 55" set. After three days, the video would go out on the set about once every 2-3 hours of viewing. TV would reset after cycling power, but no way we were dealing with that. Returned the set to place of purchase and purchased another identical set. This one has great picture, but the sound quality is terrible. Sounds as if one of the speakers is blown and distorting everything. Almost too difficult to watch. So, we will be returning this set as well. Not sure I want to take a chance on a third set.

I bought this tv because my last TV had really bad sound if turned up too high. The sound on this TV with just its internal speakers is really good. No tin or vibration out of them even at full blast. The picture is very clear and there is no lag in movement a.k.a. soap opera effect. My only complaint is all the tape used to package this TV. I still continue to find pieces of tape I missed when I unboxed it.

BUT as I searched and searched I heard nothing but good things about VIZIO. I absolutely LOVE this TV! The assembly was so easy and I love the way it was packaged. The bag idea of pulling it out was amazing and useful! Wonderful brand, amazing 4K picture and the free channels are even better. Thank you VIZIO for being such a great brand.
