Do not buy this water park slide. We purchased for our 2 kids and upon setting up, we realized that the box was missing the hose that provides water to the slide. We thought that Bestway would provide good customer service and easily send us the missing hose in the mail. Upon contacting Bestway, we were told that they do not have any additional parts for these and there was nothing that they could do. It was a big inconvenience to set this slide up, only to have to put it all back in the box and take back to Sam's. Bestway customer service is terrible, and if you have any problems with this slide, they will tell you that they do not warranty their water park slides and that there is nothing they can do to help. I will take my $300 to someone who can provide better customer service than Bestway.

Kids love it. It was easy to set up. A little heavy for me, but I put it on a dolly & transported it just fine. Have to be firm with the 4 yo not sliding down the up side. Love that you can use with and without water. It dried out easily. Haven't tried to dismantle it & pack it up yet.

My kids love this slide. It’s just so disappointing that we only used it a few times last year and went to put it up this year and the plastic on the bottom is peeling off and it doesn’t hold water there anymore. Not worth the money for the amount of times we got to enjoy it. I called the company only to be told they won’t warranty it. Don’t waste your money.

We purchased in June of 2022. We were using it today and it just completely ripped at the seam and emptied of air in seconds. Was told by Sam’s employee we could bring in to return and we drove to the store only to be told that it is not covered under Sam’s club 100% satisfaction policy and manufacturer does not offer any warranty for this product.

We absolutely loved this slide! Kids and adults. It held up very well. I did expect it to last a bit longer though. We used it often for a couple summers. Made sure to clean and dry out before storing. But the only problem I have is the bottom is made very thin and the white coating underneath cracked and peeled off so it no longer holds water sadly.

I bought this last summer. When we put it up this summer the white stuff that lined the bottom has started peeling off so the Waterslide wouldn’t hold water anymore. Very sad considering we only used it a few times last year. To spend that kind of money for a product I really thought we would have it for at least a few years.

I bought at Sam's instore on April 1 set it up the second time . It ripped where they sowed it together on the top of one of the slide.i only used it twice and it ripped my kid don't weight more then 50lb. I expected it to be more durable. I guess they used cheap material. I'm so disappointed over all because I just spent 329 plus tax to only use it twice.

This is our 3rd water slide and third time is a charm! First two were the single slide styles. Which is fine, however, kids fight over who is going down, or a scared little one is sitting at the top holding up the line, or someone is going up the slide while another kid is going down. It ends up in a lot of bickering. So, when I saw this 3 lane slide I knew it would eliminate that- boy was I right! Its the best! All kids in the neighborhood, ages 2-15 love this slide. Its durable, its easy to setup, and the price is amazing. Highly recommend! *However, the customer service is nonexisting. I reached out regarding a rip (not due to integrity of the material, rather rough playing kids + anchored in too tight) and I never heard anything back. There is no number to call or person to talk to. I ended up using the patch kit and it worked)

We purchased this for our grandchildren last year. It has not lasted a full year and the stitching has cone undone. We literally only got to use this item like 5 times total. My grands are sad. Every time I call the number it rings twice and it hangs up... is there any one who can help? LITERALLY a lot of money for 5 uses.

Bought this for the kids birthday party, rather than renting a inflatable. Kids loved it and they were thrilled letting them slide down with no water and I thought "WOW! Off to a great start." That is until you add the water. Upon filling the water is bubbling at the seams. Which is okay I thought. "It's just air leaking at the seams it might be designed to do this to relieve the air pump." but in my head the instructions said make sure it is completely dry before packing it up when not in use. If air is getting into the water you better believe water is getting into the air space of the inflatable. So it will eventually mold I am sure. Also I had the pool portion all filled up with water prior to our party so the water would not be ice cold. I left for an hour to go to a parade and come back to find the water level 4" lower than when I left. It doesn't just loose water it looses a massive amount fairly quickly (drain plug is correctly plugging drain of pool portion). So instead of air temp water I will have to keep refilling the pool with cold water.
