Seems to be good quality. But there are screws on the bottom of the wooden base that hold the embedded steel support, and those screws were very loose.

It's great in every other way, but the wheels often get stuck at a 90 degree angle to the direction of movement, so instead of rolling smoothly, one wheel is scraping the floor.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This chair is plush! It has an elegant style and a smooth feel. The wood frame takes it up to another level. Great chair!

This is a good replacement for all the other knockoff office chair. It mimics the look of the Bradley but it is not quite as comfortable but far better than any other office chair I've bought recently.

Just purchased as a replacement for another LazBoy office chair with delaminated pleather seat and arms. Seems comfortable although I have only used it for a few hours so far…

So far so good. Received order 2 days sooner than expected. Assembly was relatively easy. One arm was tight to get on but all is fine. Seems sturdy and is nice looking. Comfortable and supportive.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great chair with good supports in all the right places. The colorway is nice for a more elevated look and flexibility for home office use. Leatherette material makes it easy to keep clear. Could recline slightly more.

I like the chair. After 6 years of light use (I'm a snow bird so only use it 6 months a year), the "leather" is peeling off the headrest and arms. It's really Bonded Leather, which is just ground-up leather scraps glued to a paper backing with a thin plastic film on top. Once that plastic film cracks from use, the "leather" peels off in flakes. Sad... Uploading a photo wouldn't work. Wish I could share it.

The chair went together very quickly and easily is a very comfortable chair

Just arrived today and relatively easy to assemble....looks great....can't speak to durability at this time as I have only had it for one hour
