I'm in IT and sit for hours per day, everyday. This chair is big, comfortable, sturdy and easy to setup. The PureSoft feels great, like natural leather, unlike bonded leather. Stitching and wood are well done. It feels like it will hold up for many years. I've been through dozens of office chairs over the years, this is amazing for it's price point. Going to buy another for my other desk. La-Z-Boy got this one right! I pretty much never leave reviews, but this chair deserved a good review. Side note, out of the box, it has a pleasant new car fragrance.

Seems to be good quality. But there are screws on the bottom of the wooden base that hold the embedded steel support, and those screws were very loose.

Cushions are very firm and comfortable. Chair feels very sturdy without any creaks. Back is supportive enough to feel comfortable over long sessions, and greatly helps maintain my posture. No issues thus far, and I don’t expect there to be any for quite a while, given the great build quality.

I have had the chair for 3 yrs, Mon-Fri use. has held up great, people like the coffee brown exposed sides.

We love the Lazy Boy brand and will buy no other furniture. Their furniture is built to last. This chair is super comfortable and high quality. You will not be disappointed!

Wife order me a new chair for a surprise. I had been complaining about my back and she knew it was my old office chair. I got my new chair and it sets better than hoped, love it!!!

Well made and easier to assemble than I expected. Notice about wheels needing to be changed out for use on hard floors should be more prominent than on a table attached to the bottom of the seat.

I love this chair! It is very well built and was easy to put together. I have purchases less expensive chairs in the past that were very complicated to put together and broke within six months. I can tell this one will last me a very long time!!

Trying out the new chair today. Don’t have a review. Just received. Put together and using. Seems comfortable. We will see as time passes and I do a lot of sitting with current job. .

I would have given this a 5 star rating but the tilt lock doesn't work. Very disappointed in that but I'll still keep the chair. Put together is relatively simple.
