Seems to be good quality. But there are screws on the bottom of the wooden base that hold the embedded steel support, and those screws were very loose.

I have had the chair for 3 yrs, Mon-Fri use. has held up great, people like the coffee brown exposed sides.

So far so good. Received order 2 days sooner than expected. Assembly was relatively easy. One arm was tight to get on but all is fine. Seems sturdy and is nice looking. Comfortable and supportive.
