I needed a new one in my guest room, and as I write this my brother and sister-in-law are sleeping on it. They say it is very comfortable and they don't sleep hot on it. My sister-in-law has also had bad back pain as of late, but she is very complimentary on this mattress. They are looking at buying their own when they go back to Colorado. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I cannot praise this mattress enough! I have scoliosis and with that comes constant back pain. The soft pillow top I had before did absolutely nothing to help with my back pain. After 3 nights of sleeping on my Serta my back pain has lessened and my sleep has improved. I never realized how much my sleep was impacted until I got a better mattress. I can not recommend it enough, even my toddlers fell asleep right away on it.

It’s not firm and it’s not soft- it’s right in the middle for me to get a good nights sleep. Once it arrived I laid it out as per instructions and it literally took less than 24 hours to come into form. I love this mattress - it was a pleasant surprise.Back support temperature regulation

We tested it out and both my husband and I agree it’s a high quality product. I like how thick it is too. I have been using a more expensive mattress and this is on par with higher cost mattresses for sure!

It’s a strong pick for back and stomach sleepers on a budget. But if you need a bit more cushioning or expect heavy daily use, consider something slightly softer—or be prepared to add a plush topper.

It's firm but still gives great support to my back and hips. The price is great for this mattress. It really feels like this mattress will last a long time and be very durable. Even my 6 foot husband finds this mattress super comfortable. We haven't had any "holes" where we sleep either. It keeps its form and doesn't sag anywhere. I would definitely buy another one of these mattresses in the future.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The serta firm mattress by member mark is excellent for a restful sleep. It has enough support built in that it is perfect for your body. My back does not hurt when I wake up from resting on this bed. The pillow top is so soft and feels cushioning on top. The mattress is much nicer than the mattress in a box versions available. I highly recommend this if you like a firm support mattress.
