I needed a new one in my guest room, and as I write this my brother and sister-in-law are sleeping on it. They say it is very comfortable and they don't sleep hot on it. My sister-in-law has also had bad back pain as of late, but she is very complimentary on this mattress. They are looking at buying their own when they go back to Colorado. It's firm but still gives great support to my back and hips. The price is great for this mattress. It really feels like this mattress will last a long time and be very durable. Even my 6 foot husband finds this mattress super comfortable. We haven't had any "holes" where we sleep either. It keeps its form and doesn't sag anywhere. I would definitely buy another one of these mattresses in the future.

The soft pillow top I had before did absolutely nothing to help with my back pain. After 3 nights of sleeping on my Serta my back pain has lessened and my sleep has improved. I never realized how much my sleep was impacted until I got a better mattress. I can not recommend it enough, even my toddlers fell asleep right away on it.

My back does not hurt when I wake up from resting on this bed. The pillow top is so soft and feels cushioning on top. The mattress is much nicer than the mattress in a box versions available. I highly recommend this if you like a firm support mattress.

I've used it for quite some time and haven't felt any discomfort upon waking up; on the contrary, I woke up feeling very rested. It's high quality, and I love its thickness. I really recommend it.

It took her about two weeks to fully adjust, but once she did, she started sleeping much better. The mattress provides excellent support and seems very durable so far. While the firmness might not be for everyone, if you are looking for a mattress that holds its shape and does not sink, this is a solid choice. It also regulates temperature well—no complaints about overheating during the night.
