After long hours on my feet at work, I used to wake up with back pain but not anymore. This mattress gives the right amount of support and comfort for a truly restful night. I finally wake up feeling refreshed and pain free. Highly recommend it if you need firm support and better sleep.

I needed a new one in my guest room, and as I write this my brother and sister-in-law are sleeping on it. They say it is very comfortable and they don't sleep hot on it. My sister-in-law has also had bad back pain as of late, but she is very complimentary on this mattress. They are looking at buying their own when they go back to Colorado. I like a firm mattress anyway, but on this one, I felt completely supported while it maintained a soft feel as well. For me, a good night's sleep automatically equals an excellent value, and that's what I got. Now I just need to get the king size version also!

It's only been about 2 weeks since I received it but so far this mattress is exactly what I needed. It strikes the perfect balance between support and comfort, firm enough for proper back support but still soft enough to feel cozy that doesn't need a mattress pad/topper as the matress is thick. Great for side sleepers or your back. When I get up in the morning the mattress does not sunk in. It definitely holds it’s shape well and with this bed it makes it hard to get out of it. The level of comfort is unmatched. I also have been suffering from back, side and neck pain for many years which has been preventing me from sleeping all through the night. So I struggled to find anything that can fulfill my needs. After sleeping on my new mattress for the first time, my back and neck pain was surprisingly relieved. My hips don't feel sore when laying on my side and I feel no more aches and pains in the morning. I am now sleeping better and longer. I love this mattress. This mattress has been a game changer. It’s great for my back, hips, and neck. I have no complaints. This mattress has been a dream and am very happy with it. 5 stars!!!

The soft pillow top I had before did absolutely nothing to help with my back pain. After 3 nights of sleeping on my Serta my back pain has lessened and my sleep has improved. I never realized how much my sleep was impacted until I got a better mattress. I can not recommend it enough, even my toddlers fell asleep right away on it.

My back does not hurt when I wake up from resting on this bed. The pillow top is so soft and feels cushioning on top. The mattress is much nicer than the mattress in a box versions available. I highly recommend this if you like a firm support mattress.

It's firm but still gives great support to my back and hips. The price is great for this mattress. It really feels like this mattress will last a long time and be very durable. Even my 6 foot husband finds this mattress super comfortable. We haven't had any "holes" where we sleep either. It keeps its form and doesn't sag anywhere. I would definitely buy another one of these mattresses in the future.
