Complete Nightmare - Do Not Buy! Stuck in Infinite Update Loop Avoid this piece of trash at all costs. I bought this Vizio TV yesterday and spent 5 hours of my life trying to get it to work, only to end up packing it right back into the box to return it tomorrow. Out of the box, it forces you to create an account just to use it. It connected to my Wi-Fi, downloaded a system update, and then the nightmare started. After it rebooted, it completely lost the Wi-Fi signal. When it finally found it 30 minutes later, it wiped itself and forced me to do the entire setup and system update all over again. Then it froze, refused to turn on properly, and went right back to searching for Wi-Fi again. To make it worse, Vizio's customer service completely ghosts you. No one picks up the phone, and their website forms tell you to wait 24 hours for a callback. Absolute garbage product and zero support. Save yourself the headache and buy a different brand.

Just check texts you get tips from Vizio on how to really use the features embedded in the tv. It is my choice of our tv’s to watch when I can get to the clicker and couch first.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just bought this for my mother-in-law to watch in her room. She says the color and picture is clear and bright. She is really enjoying it. The only thing she wishes was different is the remote control. The buttons run to flush to the unit and she cannot feel them and the sound buttons on the side are also difficult for her. She is elderly so she cannot feel like she used to and the arthritis hinders her from moving her fingers smoothly. Need to make some modifications to remote control for elderly.

The TV was easy to set up and has a lot of adjustments that you can make on the picture and sound. The remote is simple, but gets you into the menus that you need. Good picture and bright colors. I am happy with my purchase.

At first I didn't like that the remote failed to have buttons. The keypad works well. The input button brings up a simple menu which is easy to navigate. Great picture on antenna or streaming. The audio is ok. It could be improved.

Once you get logged on, it automatically does an update on all apps so that you are immediately up to date. I like the way the selections for the TV are lined up. I especially like the Antenna selectionso that we can go straight there for local news and weather.

I have four young grandchildren who love watching movies in the tailgate tent. This TV is perfect! It's lightweight so getting it set up is a breeze. The picture is bright, and the sound is audible even with the chatter of adult tailgaters nearby. It's so easy to stream movies or hook up a DVD player when the wireless signal is weak. This is an awesome product!
