Great TV for the price. I've had one issue with it but I called and was told they're just like computers and need to be rebooted after updates so unplugging and plugging back in fixed the issue. Now I do that on occasion and have had no further issues.

Now a days, you can't get a tv without it being a smart tv. I purchased this cause my LG 32" was failing. It would've cost more to order replacement parts. So, I brought this on to upgrade my experience. Now, Smart tv's have their issues. After a while, the tv would cut itself off for some reason. So, I'm dealing with it. Great picture so far. I'd suggest that you purchase an extended warranty.

The color is very clear; picture is clear. Speaker is good. Response is four out of five. Sometimes it gets confused and stalls out. Had to cut power to restart after five minutes of no response when I over extended the input by remote. But for price paid, TV is just fine.

Great tv! Started to setup, got passed the Wi-Fi connection, password, took me to Walmart web to signup for their app. Didn’t want to sign on , couldn’t get passed that. Screen won’t let me go any farther, had to call cable to help me. Cable told me not to get the app. Why are these sites so difficult? After 2 hrs finally got into my cable.

Visio used to be a good brand. A more cost effective Sony. However they are garbage NOW. Bluetooth almost never works and when it finally does it drops frequently. Remotes is sometimes non responsive. I have to manually turn it off and then sometimes i just have to unplug to turn off. I will never buy a Visio again and would not recommend that you purchase!!

I will be returning this television in the morning. I am so ashamed of VIZIO because I have both their TVs for years and have never had a problem getting them set up.. my problem now is I cannot contact support and if I can’t contact support, I can’t make this television work correctly

The persistent requirement for a Walmart account, coupled with recurring login failures and invalid verification codes, has resulted in a highly unsatisfactory user experience. Consequently, I cannot recommend this product and have decided to discontinue myself from purchasing the VIZIO brand.

Build/quality issues: the grommet for the mounts on the back was not checked during quality control and one of them was incorrectly installed, likely by a machine. This made the TV unmountable and had done damage to the screen because of the way the mount had been misplaced

Apps like Peacock will play for a bit-like less than 20 minutes, then drop to black screen. I have done the suggested resets, re-downloads, reconnect wifi…and they still wont work. I have been using airplay to watch an entire show because it’s annoyyng to have to have to go back to input and relaunch the app so often to get through a full show.
