I got this television because I thought this sounded like a great deal boy I was mistaken after I received the television which they added on a five dollars extra to my bill and they wanted me to give the driver a 13.00 dollars tip then after it was dropped off i started getting it set up and I found out later this television is set up with apple television and you have to have an apple television account or your smart television feature would not work so I got myself a big television that I believed would work out of the box without having to buy other stuff i also called about it and these people didn't have a clue so I wouldn't suggest any body getting this same te

I replaced a 20 year old TV with this one because my 3rd Google Chromecast died during a storm, decided to finally upgrade to a "smart tv"... I want my 20 year old TV back... this has never worked properly with my home network, APPS eventually started to be glitchy; sometimes wouldn't open at all or would just freeze/disconnect... now the HOME screen won't even load, and I can't even CAST from my phone. WORST TV EVER, and I just purchased at the start of the year... save yourself the trouble, if you need a TV, do NOT purchase a Vizio!!!!!!

This tv doesn’t work blk screened me and fuzzy screen when trying to go to Xbox screen, it wouldn’t load Xbox or ps5. Setting’s menu sometimes worked but not for what I searched YouTube to try and fix so that was for nothing. I couldn’t use YouTube info to fix it because tv Vizio wouldn’t open menus. I paid for this tv to be frustrated and annoyed. A purchase should be worth it with ease of use.

I love the tv, but do not like the required Walmart account set up experience. I bought this tv for a rental unit when I needed to quickly replace a tv. Paid for a handyman to install it but since he doesn’t have my Walmart account details he could not get the tv fully functioning. We tried but couldn’t get the QR code scanning to my account to work while the tv was in one place and I was in another. I’m quite unhappy as this is now a dummy box until I drive two hours to set it up myself. Boo on this! Love the tv , hate this process. I have had many Vizio’s in the past, but not since Walmart purchased Vizio.

For the price, it’s adequate. However, in order to use the smart tv features, you need a Visio or Walmart account. If I had known this ahead of time, I would have never bought this tv. I’ve never had a smart tv requiring a separate account in order to use existing streaming accounts like prime, Netflix, etc.

I am SO PEEVED that I HAVE to create a walmart account to even USE this tv. I absolutely would not have bought it knowing I have to have YET ANOTHER SUBSCRIPTION. why is there no such thing as privacy anymore? why do i have to give a DEPARTMENT STORE MY PERSONAL INFO TO USE A TV I PAID FOR??? Probably returning.

I purchased this TV for my elderly sister as a replacement for a much smaller and outdated unit. We wanted something simple to use and not too large, something she could enjoy without the complexity and expense of newer smart TVs. This was a great choice. It was simple to install, and the picture clarity and vivid colors are better than some more expensive brands. It comes ready to use; the remote has batteries, and the only thing we attached were the feet since she can't mount it on the wall of her apartment. The only thing I was not too happy with was the limitation of having to sign up through Walmart's digital streaming platform; if you don't, it doesn't allow you to download individual applications, which is what I wanted to do since she only wanted to log into her Netflix, YouTube, and Prime Video accounts. We decided to use only an aerial antenna to avoid the persistent notification to sign in to the application. So far, despite that, my sister is very happy with this TV and praises the variety of options for subtitles and sound features.

great small TV for guest bedroom. clear picture and sound hooked to wifi quickly and lots of channels pre-loaded but we used Roku and YouTube tv also

Mine drops WiFi constantly I have tried everything Vizio support walks you through along with other things online to fix this issue so I can only assume it is cheap parts

great picture and sounds just a little hard for me to operate as I am not technically sure how to get from one channel to the next and by the time I find channel I want either show over or don't find at all. l am learning through trial and error
