I am little bit unhappy with the sharpness issue with this TV. I already have one 32” FHD tv, and I wanted another large TV to use as a screen monitor for my work on the drawings. So, I purchased 40” Quantum LED HD Tv expecting a better resolution as last time, but drawing details gets faded as I try to make whole drawing on the screen. I only get clear resolution after I zoom in and I loose the whole drawing on the screen. I don’t know how to fix it, as I tried to change settings numerous times.

I did connect to Vizio soundbar, as internal speakers are hard to hear and understand. I'd give a 5 rating but I find the ads very annoying. I use an external streamer device Nvidia Shield tube, I find very annoying, that instead of TV going to last used input, it goes to Vizio home to show some ad, on occasion.

Also have to many steps and delays in finding stations once programed. Still having issues going back from antenna to online streaming. TV had to be reset twice, Nice color and picture, remote is so small and had no number keys so very hard change from channel 10 to 21. Have to scroll with ring button. Must have patience with these newer TV way to many functions to learn.

We were able to do away with the firestick and just use the Vizio remote for our streaming!! The picture is so clear and vibrant. The streaming is so easy to use. If I had to chose a problem with it I would have to say that the remote is really small. Senior hands have a little trouble with it, but it is a powerhouse of a remote. I would recommend to anyone searching for a new tv. The app is really nice too. Easy for us seniors to navigate and find what we need.

Plus the remote is so small and cute, but it’s still functional! WiFi connection was very easy. I recommend to anyone looking to buy a TV!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Find the TV for my grandmother because her old one went out. Set up was relatively easy and so was setting up her optical headphones, which we plan on replacing with wireless. The only thing I wasn’t thrilled with was the extremely small remote.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I absolutely love my new VIZIO 40" Quantum Full HD Smart TV! The QLED picture quality provides such nice color that movies look incredible. I was impressed by how easy it was to download new programs and apps onto the VIZIO OS platform. The interface is intuitive, allowing me to fully use the smart TV by itself right out of the box with all the built-in streaming features. The flexibility is a major plus; I appreciate that you can also connect it to Google if you would like to, making integration with my other smart home devices seamless and optional. It’s a fantastic TV.

Debated getting a higher rated TV but I'm glad I didn't. This is a great TV for our viewing needs. We are simple folk and our watching is basically news and free movies. This does both well but I do wish the setup was easier for us old folk - easier to get rid of the apps that are in your face and quickly find only what we want to watch.
