Overall this is a great quality TV especially for the price. The picture is nice and clear. The only issue I have had in the two months i have had it is with the volume appearing to go way down low and not able to raise the volume on the remote. I've had to turn it off and back on to reset it and that fixes the problem. I am considering replacing before the return windows closes but I would likely exchange for the same TV in hopes this is just a one off. I have had an older Vizio that lasted over 15 years, so I have faith in the brand overall.

But, the setup process took forever and I'm not a big fan of having to navigate the smart home screen every time I turn on the set. I'd prefer it to keep it on the input that I left it at. Beyond that I'm satisfied!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Vizio is just so user friendly, easy to operate, and just plain awesome. Love the access of the apps, the quality of picture, the sound, all of it. I will never be a Samsung, LG, or Sony user... it's only Vizio for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This has been a great tv so far. The only issue is every once in a while the sound and lip movements won’t sync up until I restart tv. Would love to see this fixed. Also would love to see more apps added the to App Library.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is a great TV for the price. Just don't like that you can't add apps to it. We have Xfinity and they don't have Xfinity Stream as one of their apps. Would have given 5 stars if you could add apps to it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Decent picture, nice features for this price point. The refresh rate is a little low but we will see how that works out in the long run. Son likes the speakers a lot better than the old Samsung. He like it so far!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This Vizio TV is pretty great! I am very happy I received this product. It’s perfect and does everything I need in a TV, including casting. The only thing missing is that Vizio does not offer the Spotify app. The quality of the sound is poor. I can barely make out the words that characters are saying, so you may have to purchase a sound bar.

The picture quality is great, with bright, vibrant color and a clear 1080p display enhanced by HDR10+ and quantum color. The audio is good too, making the overall viewing experience even better.

This TV is not good for someone who doesn’t have access to a smartphone . Now if I would have seen this tv in the store I would not have bought it after seeing the remote drop it onto a hard surface and it probably will break

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] NIce brilliant picture, but the user interface needs some work. When you push the Home button, the time is not displayed anywhere. Nor is it displayed on the local channel guide. Also, the HDMI/ARC/CEC handshake needs work. When I switch streaming services or view local antenna channels, the audio drops out and I have to reset my home theater receiver.
