Complete Nightmare - Do Not Buy! Stuck in Infinite Update Loop Avoid this piece of trash at all costs. I bought this Vizio TV yesterday and spent 5 hours of my life trying to get it to work, only to end up packing it right back into the box to return it tomorrow. Out of the box, it forces you to create an account just to use it. It connected to my Wi-Fi, downloaded a system update, and then the nightmare started. After it rebooted, it completely lost the Wi-Fi signal. When it finally found it 30 minutes later, it wiped itself and forced me to do the entire setup and system update all over again. Then it froze, refused to turn on properly, and went right back to searching for Wi-Fi again. To make it worse, Vizio's customer service completely ghosts you. No one picks up the phone, and their website forms tell you to wait 24 hours for a callback. Absolute garbage product and zero support. Save yourself the headache and buy a different brand.

I have this Vizio 40” and I also have a 50 “ also. The 40” tv connected to the internet on changing channels I get a message that my internet is not responding. Then you get this orange swirl on the screen. I push button up and down. Get nowhere. Tv tells me to check internet connection. I am disgusted. Turn tv off then on and start again. The Vizio 50” I have does not do what the messed up 40” does.
