Ordered this to have for 4th of July. I received it on the 3rd with the blower missing. I read another review where they got theres on 2nd with blower missing. I also read another review that said blower was bad. Sounds like faulty blower and then blowers being removed from boxes to replace them. Just my thought. I borrowed a blower so kids could stay cool during 4th. Once its up and going its a lot of fun but its been a disappointment spending that much money and not getting everything you paid for.

First time use, most of it was great. The female end of the water rubes that attaches to the hose spigot cracked on the first connection. However, our issues started once We pulled it back out to use it again. After only using it once, the water hoses are all kinked and water will not come out of some of the fountains. one of the threaded Velcro attachments as come undone so it has a small air hole leak. I stored it exactly how the instructions recommended. Now, at the second time of using it, I need new water hoses.

Kids love this thing! This is our 2nd summer and everything still works great. It sets up in just a few minutes and is heavy enough even for an adult to go down. The only downside is the tubing for the sprinklers. It's lightweight and kinks easily. Other than that it's well worth the investment for summer backyard fun.

It was delivered late and absolutely destroyed with the blower missing. How Sam's deemed this acceptable is beyond me. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Had to talk to 3 associates to even a refund started. One associate told me the box had to be intact for a refund to be granted after sending him photos of the box destroyed. It was DELIVERED like this. I understand FedEx could also be at fault but getting a refund shouldn't be this hard.

Ordered this nearly a week ago and just got an email saying it was cancelled. Now it's completely sold out. Very unprofessional of Samsung Club and disappointing. Need to fix there inventory and website. Also it should have canceled immediately, not when I was already expecting the delivery.

We are on our second summer using this water slide! I wasn't sure how long it would last but it has held up really well with my kids. There are a few small holes but that's to be expected with how much we've used it. I can't get my four year old off the slide and my two year old loves playing at the bottom!

If I could give this product a zero I would. I got my package today and had some very excited kids. I noticed it was very light when I picked it up. I opened it up and the only thing in the box was the cords and bag. Nothing else. I called customer service right away and there was no replacements so now I need to drive an hour to my nearest Sam's club to return it. I did check the FedEx order number and it said it weighed 50 lbs...but there is no way. unless something happened during shipment. We are so disappointed.

We purchased this for our grandchildren who are only one and four at the time of purchase last year. So a few months after purchase the seam that is over the end of the slide split open. They just put it back up this year and the seam that goes under the slide in the opening split. The kids live in Florida so yes, they're already using the pool. Very disappointed and the quality of the purchase would not recommend for this reason they should not split open at the seams like that

It's not as strong as I would of liked. It's a little flimsy. Like the blower isn't powerful enough to make it stronger. It's also leaking from the seams; where it's stitched together. So that could be another reason why it's not inflating to its full capacity. First time using it and we will return it. Not happy with the product.

I was relatively pleased with this. My kids ages 1-11 all had an absolute blast on this thing but I can't give it 5 stars. We used it for about a month or so last summer. We pulled it back out this year and the blower turns on but no air comes out. I am so disappointed that we didn't even get a full summer out of it.
