Bought on sale for my 4 year old and she's played on it with my 4 year old niece and 6 year old nephews. They have all loved it! Quality is good and it's not too hard to put away. The storage bag that it comes with keeps everything together when it's not being used. We love it!

The thing was very easy to put together probably took me about 20 minutes by myself. Very easy-instructions could be a little clearer. It's better to put the tubes on while it's still flat obviously. But overall, it was a great purchase kids love it.

We bought this last summer in 2025 and it’s held up amazingly. Our kids love it and it’s easy to assemble and take down. Make sure to let it dry completely before storing to avoid mold.

Bought this on end of year clearance. Invited 4 of their friends over to play on it with them. They played on it for 3 hours straight with minimal capri sun, popsicle, fruit snack and pizza breaks. They were both passed out on the couch by 6:15pm. Your kids will not fight bedtime after an afternoon on this thing. They had so much fun!

My kids have played on this for HOURS. They never stop wanting to bring it out. Ages 1-7 were playing on it together and all of them were entertained. I will say it's not the highest quality but it did come with a patch kit. We have already gotten a small air leak that I patched. I expect it will hold up for a couple summers but I'm hoping longer.

Purchased this inflatable a few days ago. We set it up for the first time, yesterday, and as we began to fill it with water we noticed the seams were bubbling due to poor stitching. There is also a giant hole inside the tunnel part. If I could give it zero stars, I would. Sam’s should consider pulling this item from their shelves.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! They do not stand by their product at Sports Power. Our slide disintegrated the first summer we used it. The handles came apart first, the water tubes next, and then the canvas started tearing easily. Once I contacted them, they said it was too expensive to ship the replacement inflatable canvas, and recommended I buy another one from Walmart or Sam’s Club. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY!!

It was delivered late and absolutely destroyed with the blower missing. How Sam's deemed this acceptable is beyond me. Getting a refund is like pulling teeth. Had to talk to 3 associates to even a refund started. One associate told me the box had to be intact for a refund to be granted after sending him photos of the box destroyed. It was DELIVERED like this. I understand FedEx could also be at fault but getting a refund shouldn't be this hard.

Ordered this nearly a week ago and just got an email saying it was cancelled. Now it's completely sold out. Very unprofessional of Samsung Club and disappointing. Need to fix there inventory and website. Also it should have canceled immediately, not when I was already expecting the delivery.

If I could give this product a zero I would. I got my package today and had some very excited kids. I noticed it was very light when I picked it up. I opened it up and the only thing in the box was the cords and bag. Nothing else. I called customer service right away and there was no replacements so now I need to drive an hour to my nearest Sam's club to return it. I did check the FedEx order number and it said it weighed 50 lbs...but there is no way. unless something happened during shipment. We are so disappointed.
