I was a bit apprehensive about trying this as a Cuban, who isn't particularly easily impressed with coffee. I must admit, I enjoyed the aroma of the beans and the brewing process. Surprisingly, the color and flavor were quite impressive. While it may not be the strongest coffee I've ever had, it's definitely a solid choice.

I prefer a lighter roast coffee, so I did enjoy this one, and it is a bonus that it's organic. I have used it for a regular cup of coffee and also for a cappuccino. It worked well for both. This is a 40 oz bag, which means it's will last quite a while depending on how much coffee is used per day. One reminder is that this is for whole bean, so a grinder is required, or grand it in store if that is available.

This is a great all around coffee bean for those who like a lighter, less bitter flavored coffee. It has a great aroma, and the whole bean blend is roasted lightly for a smooth brew. I use a burr grinder and also cold brew my morning java for a less acidic brew that's easier on the stomach. I love coffee! Having beans freshly ground is the best scent of the day. This breakfast blend is light and even toned. I did have to set my maker on “strong” brew but that was the only change. Otherwise, this blend is yummy and makes a nice start to your day. I just love putting my face in the open bag of beans snd inhaling. So lovely! I would buy again.
