This light roast organic coffee makes a good choice in the morning. It has a pleasant aroma, a bright flavor with medium acidity, and very little bitterness. I set my grinder to a medium coarseness and used a pour-over technique. I could tell the beans had been roasted fairly recently from the nice bloom that developed as I began pouring the 200 degree water over the grounds. This was a pleasant surprise. I have always preferred whole bean coffee, as it tastes fresher when ground right before brewing. Also, I am pleased that this is Fair Trade Certified. Would definitely purchase again.

I wasn't sure what to expect when receiving my morning blend coffee delivery, due to the fact that the majority of the time, I drink espresso coffee to get me going in the morning as well as to only have the need to drink one cup. I was pleasantly surprised, one because it was beans, instead of ground, which I prefer, and it smelled so wonderful. I also enjoyed the flavor, which was stronger than I anticipated, which also pleased me as well, because I expected it to be too week. I definitely will be purchasing, as well as referring other friends and family to purchase as well.

I recently started using this coffee each morning for my lattes. I was able to dial it in easily with my espresso machine. It brews with a nice crema and pairs well with multiple syrups. The coffee itself has a light but rich flavor. It’s a great value for the quality and price.

These beans are great especially for the money, We buy fresh roasted light roasts from a company online all the time and then started getting this and this is just as good and a fraction of the cost, the issue is it goes out of stock and they don’t seem to restock for months.

I was a bit apprehensive about trying this as a Cuban, who isn’t particularly easily impressed with coffee. I must admit, I enjoyed the aroma of the beans and the brewing process. Surprisingly, the color and flavor were quite impressive. While it may not be the strongest coffee I’ve ever had, it’s definitely a solid choice.

I prefer a lighter roast coffee, so I did enjoy this one, and it is a bonus that it’s organic. I have used it for a regular cup of coffee and also for a cappuccino. It worked well for both. This is a 40 oz bag, which means it’s will last quite a while depending on how much coffee is used per day. One reminder is that this is for whole bean, so a grinder is required, or grand it in store if that is available.
