We set up the pool, filled it in order to start the pump, and the pump turned on for maybe less than a minute and then shut off. Luckily, I contacted the pool company direct and filed the warranty claim, which was pretty easy. They replaced the pump and sent it quick thru FedEx. I set it up and it turned on so very grateful for the warranty. It happened to fall on Fourth of July weekend so I had to buy a sub pump to help circulate some water but all in all I’m thankful we didn’t have to buy a new pump.

I ordered this pool online because we are over 2 hours away from a Sam’s Club. Put it up. It leaked. They offered a replacement and to send a pickup if we could package it back in the same box for pickup. I told them there was no way we could fold this thing back up and fit it in the same box and close it up the way it came from the manufacturer. He said they would “try to find a carrier that would take it with the box open “ Good luck with that. The customer service rep was very nice but we have decided to try to find the leak on a $400 pool and keep it.

The pool was very easy to set up - groundwork for the pool to sit on took way longer than getting the pool itself up and ready. Took a solid 12 hours of water running to fill it up - but it has stayed clear, pump is a 1600gph and works good enough (I will buy a stronger one for next season just to combat hot FL sun better), ladder is sufficient (but we will buy a nicer one next year too) and the cover fits well and is easy to put on and take off. very pleased with the purchase

Me and my family LOVE this pool it came with all the box said it had its a very good product recommend any family should have one.

I’m confused with hooking the pump up a what goes where… Do I need sand for it?? If someone could answer my questions I’d appreciate it… also my pool isn’t level like we thought it would be once it filled halfway up do I need to worry about it collapsing on that one side??

AMAZING!!! Son loves it and was easy to put up. Good and sturdy. better than my last one from walmart. The best one for a good summer swim!!

Had the pool for around two months and pump stopped working. Biggest waste of money. Better off saving up and going underground.
