I have just had it less then 2 weeks, but I love it, it has been used everyday after getting it set up, which was very easy.

It's like cheating! Used every brew feature and haven't had a bad cup yet. Please use quality beans and you won't regret the purchase.

Machine keeps leaking water soaking my counter returned it and got replacement it does the same exact thing leaks water everywhere very disappointed
