Recieved the pool damaged, attempted to do a replacement. Sam’s Club would not send a pool out until the defected item was taken down and received.

I love the pool but just to inform you the top rail rotted and broke. Good thing no one was in it I live in Florida and realize salt air doesn't help. Only 2 yrs old. I want a new one to replace it but hard to find

I’m giving this product a 3 because we got the entire 22’ pool assembled and when we started to assemble the pump, we realized that the pump flex hose had a flange that was put onto the hose backwards with the threads facing away from the end of the hose. It is not possible to remove them as they come pre-assembled and there is no way to use the hose at all. We will need to go to our local pool supply to see if they can provide a hose that will work with the pump that came with this pool. If they can’t, we’ll have to buy another pump so we can get our pool up and running. It will probably take forever to get a replacement hose from the company and we want to use the pool.

I bought this during the rainy season, then laid out on ground dug down 12” brought the ground back up with no clumps or roots, hauled in 50- 50 pound bags of sand got it level within an1/8th of an inch. This took 3 days. Got up this morning and realized like the ground work I had no help. With consise instructions and 4 hours I had it up , started filling shortly after that will finish filling and be ready for Monday with the grandkids. One of the smartest purchases I have made, easy to follow instructions, poles and rails and steps went together like 2 of us were doing this. Now as I step beak it is very well constructed. I would say minutes but that sounds a bit over the top... really though it was so fast! Make sure to follow directions and you will have the perfect pool you can use all summer or year! The kids literally live in it, and it makes me so happy how affordable this is and the value - I thought a pool was never going to happen. Did I mention it looks nice too! BIGGEST TIP = make sure your space is flat and level and it will be so easy and something you can enjoy for years to come!

I love the oval shape as well as the height. Only issue is that the pool cover is I feel a bit too small since the wind take it off quite easily.

I am tired because the installation of this pool is exhausting. The white things continuously stick to the inside of the poles, and most of it seems designed to fall apart.
