This pool is absolutely awesome. I have had nothing but great experiences with this item. On a hot muggy 100 degree day it feels great, like you are away in some tropical paradise. Set up was extremely easy. It comes with everything you need to get started %26 enjoying your new found tranquil space. My only concern is that the filter pump may be underpowered. I use the poly shere balls instead of the sand filter %26 it does an incredible job at keeping the pool crystal clear.

Is this considered a portable pool? Also great pool but the cover does not fit. We have yet to use it yet so we will see how it holds up.

Set up was easy until we started filling and found out we was missing control valve and pool inlet strainer.

Do not purchase this pool, the quality is very poor, the liner tore from the top after filling the pool up the first time, never got to use it. I expected way better quality for the price, called customer service to see about a replacement liner which is out of stock and no known date for more inventory, they said to keep checking their site.

Missing a top rail, Sams offering 25% discount or replacement if current pool is returned. They can’t provide expedited shipping on a new pool. They are requesting a return of the pool that has been unpacked and set up minus one piece. Knowing that the pool is hundreds of pounds and was delivered to a house and not offering to pick it up. Bestway well let me know in a couple days if they’re able to send me a replacement part. Since it was bought with a vendor and not through them, they are not able to give me a direct decision. So essentially, I am out $800 at this point awful customer service on both ends.

Lasted one year! Took down last fall in October and stored for the winter. Noticed then most of the legs were already rusted. Upon further review this spring, was not comfortable setting back up. This is not our first soft sided pool but the first Best Way Brand. Sad I spent so much money for it to only last one season. The other brand we have had 2 of them and each lasted 4-8yrs.

Ordered this pool and was so excited for it and the order was cancelled an hour later because they said it is not truly in stock. The website had a glitch and it is no longer in stock. Customer service apologized and said they think it is a glitch in the system and does not think I it will be back in stock.

Would love to give a complete review, however it’s hard to do when you receive a box with frame and two boxes of pumps but no pool. Boxes were clearly marked 1/3, 3/3 and 3/3…. No 2/3. Ruined grandsons 13th birthday party.

Recieved the pool damaged, attempted to do a replacement. Sam’s Club would not send a pool out until the defected item was taken down and received.

This review isn’t about the pool. I’ve ordered this twice, and twice they have cancelled it due to being out of stock, yet…. They still have it for order on the site with the delivery date updating. It’s been over 17 hours since the original order. Hopefully someone will see this review and update their stock to say this product is out of stock….. Highly disappointing…. I am glad I did not tell my child about the purchase. That’s why it’s a 1-star review.
