We're sorry to hear you weren't a fan of the Fusion razor and assure you that we're letting our team know your feedback. If you ever have any Gillette questions, don't hesitate to get in touch with us at (800) 445-5388.

Our consumers deserve a premium shave, Shaun, and with this in mind, our GilletteLabs Exfoliating Razor was born. By removing dirt and debris before the blades reach you, you'll require fewer strokes to get the comfortably smooth shave you know and love. We're sorry you found these blades to not be up to your normal standards, and we'd love to learn more. We can be reached at 800-445-5388.

Thank you for your review. We want to assure you that we go to great lengths to ensure our products reach you in the best possible condition, and this is unusual. Please give us a call at (800) 445-5388 so that we can learn more and see how we can best help.
