The base for it is actually useful and has a little bit of weight to it so that it’s not constantly falling over. I’ve had similar ones that weren’t worth using. This razor is unique as it has an exfoliating bar on it so as you shave it exfoliates as well. I really like this as shaving makes my skin a little dry and flakey. The razor is amazing it cuts close and makes my skin very soft. I absolutely love the stand! I really wish all razors came with this as it's always hard to find a good place to put my razor.

The razor itself feels a little bit light, but I like the swivel head. I’m not a fan of the exfoliating strip because it feels a little bit scratchy. It gets the job done and cuts through stubble but I don’t imagine I’d like this as a daily shaver because of the strip.

I'm not sure I completely understand the clockwise/counterclockwise rotating swivel in the middle, but regardless, it's a nice razor.
