The sound quality is great, super comfortable, and easy to connect to my phone. I've used 3-4 times. After the second time, I almost returned. The dots were constantly connecting/disconnecting which was frustrating. I've run two other times since and I have not had the problem. Using the features (volume, pause, forward) is a little difficult with gloves/hats/hoods on. I'm hoping more use/practice improves my experience.

I love these! I use these every day at work, home and at the rock gym. I love that you can listen to music and still hear when people talk to you. I also love that I don't feel them on my ears. I can wear them all day and my ears don't hurt. I also like that you can use one bud at a time, not all ear buds let you do that. The only problem I have is that it can be difficult to pause sometimes

Some callers complaint how I'm sound. But it may be with cellular data use like WhatsApp and such. Most time it's ok. My personal complaint- when got disconnected from the phone- the connect/disconnect indicating sound is VERY LOUD. Otherwise it's good quality sound for music.

Behind the head version: was good and lasted awhile but always hated how that band stuck out and couldn't use them with a winter hat or when lying down. OpenFit: Constantly had problems getting them in the case exactly perfect so they would charge. Then eventually had problems maintaining a charge. They would say 100% and then 1 would decide not to work. Cannot have that during a long run. OpenDots One: The fit is more solid but the touch sensors are more sensitive to wearing a hoodie or having something covering your ears. Also, as someone who's hard of hearing (moderate hearing loss) I do find them more challenging to hear in. I do like the option to magnet charge. I use headphones every single day to walk, run and work in. They get a lot of daily long term use.

These have great sound, better than I expected. They are supper comfortable to wear all day, I have even forgotten i had them on and thought the sound was coming from the ipad device watching a videocast. After a week of having them though I really wish they had physical buttons as 60% of the time they do not respond to touch.

I really like shokx products, but these rubbed the inside of my ear raw and made my left one bleed a little bit. They won't stay in place, and yes i followed the directions. To be fair I do have smaller ears. They are fine if im stationary and they really do sound good. I really wanted them for work, unfortunately I can only use when im just relaxing at home. Maybe if you offered 2 sizes like some of your other products

I love my dots. I wear them for work. I generally leave one out due to the nature of my job but being able to use both dots interchangeably in addition to being able to listen to my music while I work is such an amazing experience. Thank you for creating something so special.

I got these for running. They are comfortable, the sound is great and I love that I can still be aware of my surroundings. Music sounds great, and calls are also clear. I actually forgot I was wearing them when I turned the music off, that's how comfortable they are. The battery life on them are also amazing! I've been wearing them for two weeks. I wore them for a 5k, my daily runs, strength training, cardio (even burpees) and when I'm in the office and when I'm cleaning the house. Countless hours of use in the past two weeks and they are at 70% battery life. They live up to my expectations I needed for my runs, plus some! I was told by another person that owns these that I would not regret this purchase and they were right.

Horrible Bluetooth. Will not disconnect and charge even after it has been verified they disconnected

I absolutely love them for everything but phone calls , they dont pick up your voice when your speaking
