The AI vision tells me when i put in food and take out food so i can avoid food waste. The technology in the AI family hub works with my existing smarthings and alexa all in one. I can voice control the lights from there as well as watch you tube or Samsung tv while i cook. You can program the dual ice maker to make ice and make the flex zone specifically for freezing or meat or veggies. The beverage center is very cool feature to have pitcher for iced tea of fruit infused drinks. I love the flexibility you can customize for your needs. Lots of room, easy and convenient to use. Great fridge!

I love that it doesn’t have handles and I like the hands free sensors to open the door also the camera that tells you what you put in and out of the fridge. It’s also fingerprint resistant wich is great for the kids. We absolutely love the beverage zone with pitcher and the dual ice maker with ice scooper. The pitcher is refills on its own and it also has the water dispenser next to it. I like how the shelves on the doors have a lot of space and the trays are big enough to fit a lot of things. Great for organizing. The apps outside on the hub I’m enjoying so much while I cook like pandora, YouTube and it also comes with other great applications like cooking recipes. I thinks it’s a beautiful fridge and it’s fits perfect! I’d definitely recommend this to my friends and family.

I especially like the pitcher of water as I am often in a rush and want to quickly pour my water into a container. The digital screen has been very handy and even connects to our washer/dryer! The set up was extremely easy and we’ve had no issues. The design is sleek and very modern looking. We did need to add some small organizational shelves for our smaller items such as cheeses and sandwich meat as we used to keep those in a drawer in our last fridge and the large shelves that come with this fridge are too much room for these small items. Overall I love the fridge and I have no complaints.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex 4 door style Samsung offers is our new favorite, even better than a French door. Our previous fridge was a side-by-side and came with the house and we could not wait to upgrade. We were able to fit everything we had in our side-by-side into this fridge, and we still have a lot of useable space. The freezer was the most noticeable. I thought that we would have less room below due to the dual door design, but it’s the opposite. The roll out shelves and drawers in these compartments allow you to really organize your freezer. I feel like I have a ton of useable space down there and that’s after we emptied the other overloaded freezer into it. We think the bottom right will be an awesome mini fridge for the kids to easily get into until they are taller. We love the dual ice makers, but it has taken a bit of getting used to as we normally have always had in-door ice and water. Our kids like the Ice makers down low with a scoop they can use. We love the auto fill pitcher in the beverage station. Makes filling those glasses, sippy cups, etc. much faster. I like that it’s all conveniently located behind an outer panel in the door where you can organize other items for quick grab. The auto open doors is the feature that made my wife go WOW! I had to find the setting and turn it on, fine tune the leveling, but once set up... amazing. This fridge has a wonderful very large Ai hub touchscreen that allows you to control a variety of things including temperature of the zones. It scans things with a camera as you put them in and take them out. You can turn this on and off and it works well, but I find myself having to manually enter items names more often than not. I like that I can add expiration dates to the food, and it will help me keep track of what is about to expire. I wish I could see the inside of the main compartment, but the camera will only show remotely the doors and relies on the auto scan to tell me what is in main compartment. Personally, I feel it needs some improvement as I was overwhelmed at first setting it all up, but once I got settled in with it, I realized It could use a lot more apps. I like that I can use my Samsung phone with it easily to stream content though. It definitely is a nice touch to this fridge and I hope to see more apps added down the line. Overall this fridge is a home run for us. Checks a lot of boxes and we are very happy to use it every day. The versatility and features it offers are like none other I have had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this refrigerator in early September 2024 and it's been a very positive experience so far. I love the space it provides and the flexibility to adjust the freezer sections. I have only adjusted once so far when I needed extra refrigeration space for the holidays. I have not used the AI features yet but plan to in the near future. The fridge takes pictures of items as I put them in but most pictures are not clear, although I just read it would help if I put them in slower and faced the camera better. Seems like it might be a bit of work to get all items labeled correctly when AI can't determine what the item is. I do get meal plans generate at the beginning of each week and although I have not followed any plans yet, they could be useful. We love having the calendar in the Family Hub and being able to display different pictures. I don't use the Hub display a ton but it is really nice to have. The feature I both love and hate the most is the beverage center. I absolutely love having a pitcher full of cold water waiting for me at all times. Unfortunately the pitcher quite often randomly does not refill. I have tried every suggestion I read online to try to fix it but nothing worked. That is until I accidentally dropped the pitcher on our tile floor. Luckily the pitcher did not crack but it did jam the lid in tighter making it difficult to remove. The pitcher fill has been much more consistent since this happened pointing to a loose pitcher lid being the culprit. My wife loves having two types of ice ready at all times also. I was initially concerned the ice maker would take up too much space in the freezer but space has not been a concern. Overall best fridge I ever owned.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] For context, we are a bleeding-edge type of family and this is our seventh refrigerator in 22 years. Not only is this the best refrigerator we've ever had, but it is the first refrigerator we absolutely LOVE. It's the first refrigerator we don't have major complaints about. Every other fridge we've owned (this is our third Samsung in a row) has had some major compromise in the past, like a slow ice maker or tiny water dispenser. This fridge is amazing in every way! We are so in love with it!

The screen allows you to view apps, play music, watch tv and use the SmartThings app to adjust settings and see what is in your fridge while at the grocery store. The shelves are spacious and allow you to adjust them to fit about anything you need to in the fridge portion. The lower sections have pull out shelves/baskets for storing and organizing your items. The flex zone can be set at a variety of different temperatures depending on your preferences, I just use it as a freezer section. The beverage center allows access to the water dispenser and water pitcher along with access to items in the left upper door. The AI features seem good and keeps track of the food going in and out of the fridge. It will give you recipe ideas using items you have stored in the fridge. The ice dispenser has a tray for two different types of ice along with an ice scoop and holder.
