The AI-powered Family Hub keeps our household organized — from shared calendars and grocery lists to recipe suggestions and even streaming music while I cook. The FlexZone drawer is incredibly versatile, allowing me to switch between fridge and freezer modes depending on what I need. Plus, the space is massive — it fits everything, and then some, without feeling cluttered. Very elegant and amazing looking

I am now hoping that I'm in good hands as far as keeping this fridge for a very long time. I definitely recommend it to all. It's been 2 months of using it and I love it.

Samsung = Unreliable Junk

Don't waste you time witn ANY Samsung Appliances. We've had 3 refritgerators and 2 ovens replaced which happens about every 2-3 years. The latest compressor fail on a refriterator happened 1 month after the extended warranty exired and Samsung does nothing to help. Even the repair technicians say stear clear of all Samsung appliances.

Surprisingly much better

It’s a nice expensive Refrigerator (but)

We had the first Samsung Refrigerator in 2017 and a short while after the ice maker broke replaced it twice in 3 years Got a second Samsung late 2020 and ice maker broke a short while after that replaced it a couple times again in 2024 the freezer stopped working called customer service and it’s not covered plus if it is you have to pay the service man yourself… we would never buy a Samsung Refrigerator again not because we would have to pay the repair man but because they cost a arm and a leg Ang constantly break

Lasted 1 year, 7 months; multiple problems.

I bought this back in November 2023, about 6 months later I needed the ice maker lines and equipment replaced because it was leaking water inside the fridge, now 1 year and 7 months later it’s dead with a Freon leak. Samsung’s warranty is 1 year. Save your money and don’t buy this garbage.

Horrible

I will never buy another samsung refirgerator. This is the second one (both came with house when bought). Ice maker was replaced and started leaking 6 months later. Previous samsung ice maker would continually freeze and also needed to be replaced. Both were "out of warranty"

This fridge is impressive in all the right ways.

The white glass accentuates the modern four-door design by adding a crisp clean feel that really stands out. It catches my eye every morning, and wows any guest we’ve had. The big screen on the Family AI Hub draws you in even more. You’ve got family photos, the calendar, and other helpful info right there while you’re grabbing a cold drink made even frostier with the two types of ice it produces.. Everyone has a phone, but it’s still handy having the built-in browser and Ring app right on the fridge. Makes it easy to check something online or see when those guests are arriving. The automatically opening doors produce more than just a wow factor for guests. There are occasions that’s simple convenience like this helps when arms are full, or simply to make you smile. The utility and ingenuity of the door panel beverages center allows quick and easy access to an automatically replenished pitcher of water. Efficiently, without opening the whole fridge compartment. I think my kids are even drinking more water as it so easily and readily available. The temperature controls are smart and easy to use. The option of easily switching the lower-right section from varying degrees of fridge to freezer is far more convenient than I expected. When plans shift and you need a little more of one or the other. We haven’t even tested the AI camera or an other convenient features yet. So those are even more positives to look forward to.

Love the AI Family Hub

It is convenient watching news while working in the kitchen. I found it is a bit hassle using AI Vision, so I am keeping it off most of the time.
