[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Second one I've owned and the same design problem. when scooping ice out of the bins. the cubes fall over the back down into the bottom bin. There should be some type of rubber flap to prevent this. Also, the cubes will fall even if the door is open and the tray(s) are removed. Simple software fix.

You can shut off the ice makers and convert to deep freeze or more 34 degree storage. The touch screen is amazing and the tech that supports it is just like a touch pad. You want get more storage compartments than this.

I will NEVER buy a Samsung product again. The refrigerator we bought compressor went out only after 3 years. And don't get me started on the ice machine. They have replaced both parts at our expense and both failed and Samsung won't do anything to fixe it ( without us agreeing to pay for it again) The lady we just talked to on the phone was argumentative and rude, refusing to hear our side and sticking to the Samsung script. Beware!!!

Lots of space and love the freezer drawers. Make sure fridge is level or auto open doors will not work properly. Love this feature but a little challenging to get it to work correctly.

I especially love the screenshots of my husband reaching into the refrigerator late at night. The camera gives you an inside view of the food on the door. While the refrigerator takes inventory of everything you put inside and lets you know when it should be expired. Links to the grocery store app to help make shopping trips easier. One of the compartments can be used as a beverage cooler inside of freezer. I also love that I don't have to see the water dispenser. Its covered by a door leading to more compartments.

I've had this refrigerator for a while now, and it's been a great product. The overall capacity is excellent. I originally thought the 4-door design might offer less usable space compared to a traditional French-door or pull-out freezer layout, but this is actually the largest fridge I've ever owned in terms of usable storage. The Flex compartment is a fantastic feature. While it can be used multiple ways, I personally use it 100% as a freezer, and it's been perfect for that. The layout makes everything easy to organize and access without digging through crowded shelves. I don't really use the inside cameras, but they're there if you want them. The Smart Hub on the door, however, has been very useful and integrates well into daily use. I also really like having two types of ice, which is something I didn't realize I'd appreciate as much as I do. I was initially unsure about not having an external water dispenser, but it has actually worked out great. It keeps the design clean, and I don't have to worry about mold or maintenance issues that can come with traditional external dispensers. Overall, this is a well-designed, spacious, and thoughtfully built refrigerator that has exceeded my expectations. Highly recommended.
