The beverage center is great due to the clean look where it isn't exposed on the outside, and the auto-filling water pitcher is something I never knew we needed until we had it. The AI features are cool, but we don't make use of them much due to it misidentifying items frequently. We mostly use the screen to see the latest weather report.

Plenty of ice in 2 sizes, and easy access to water pitcher and dispenser. Durable surface that is replaceable in different textures/colors if damaged or if kitchen decor changes. We had a prior version of this same fridge which had problems with the ice box, and Samsung helped us get this new fridge -- they were a great partner who stood by us over the years, first repairing and then finally helping us replace the fridge for this improved unit.

I originally did not thing that I would use the screen very much but I have been pleasantly surprised by the amount of use it gets. My family loves the ability to draw hand-written notes and play spotify while in the kitchen. There is plenty of space to store all the items we need and the beverage center is my favorite feature.

The Family Hub is so much more - it's a central location for all family activities, is has great capacity, it's efficient plus it talks! I love having one central location where everything is easy to access. If you're considering a family digital planner and need a fridge, this truly is the best solution!

The family hub has been useful, from leaving notes to my grandson scribbling on the white board. The counter depth gave us the aesthetic with out sacrificing too much capacity. My wife loves the refilling pitcher. Lemon water always ready to take to the table at meal time.

I only had one problem: the display froze twice. Luckily, I was able to easily reset it using the button on the top of the door.
