The AI thing for food detection .... takes time to get used to using it properly so we turned it off. Wish the flex model came with the family hub and a glass door on the left - seems that you can get glass on the left (no family hub) or family hub, but no see-thru glass on the left.

With its state-of-the-art cooling technology, it feels like my groceries are staying fresher for longer. The dual Ice maker is such a huge plus too, it makes me feel like I'll never run out of ice. Let's hope the ice maker will last, haven't had huge luck with my previous one. The spacious interior and adjustable shelves make organizing easy as well, I have so much room now. I absolutely love the built in water dispenser jug. Smart Features: This fridge is like the Einstein of kitchen appliances. With its built-in touchscreen display, you can control the temperature, check your calendar, and even stream your favorite cooking tutorials while whipping up a storm in the kitchen. So let's start with the size, it is huge. You can fit a lot inside. It has a space for everything and more. I love the freezer in comparison of my old fridge. I like that I can stack on shelves and even have space on the doors to store items. The AI Family Hub is such a nice addition to the fridge, you can watch stuff or even get recipes when you're in the kitchen. You can also download apps. But the AI Vision is my all time fav, it scans what you put in to keep track of what you have and tracks what you take out. This is helpful for when it's time to replenish groceries. This refrigerator has two separate ice cube bins and a scoop, one for cubed ice and one for my personal favorite, crushed ice. You can connect your fridge to your phone via the Samsung SmartThings app. Anyone will love this fridge and I highly recommend it.

I have been loyal to Samsung - TVs, all kitchen appliances, washer and dryer. I am disappointed to say that the fridge either came already scratched, or was so easily scratched that me putting a piece of paper on it with a standard magnet caused this damage. I live alone, couldn’t have been anything else. My ten year old fridge didn’t even have scratches like this. I will have to pay for a replacement panel already, less than two weeks in.

The AI vision tells me when i put in food and take out food so i can avoid food waste. The technology in the AI family hub works with my existing smarthings and alexa all in one. I can voice control the lights from there as well as watch you tube or Samsung tv while i cook. You can program the dual ice maker to make ice and make the flex zone specifically for freezing or meat or veggies. The beverage center is very cool feature to have pitcher for iced tea of fruit infused drinks. I love the flexibility you can customize for your needs. Lots of room, easy and convenient to use. I am very impressed with the AI vision camera which recognizes the food I am putting in or taking out! After recognizing new food it also tells me with how many days I should consume the fresh produce so that it doesn't go bad. Saves food waste big time. Stainless steel is finger print resistant , my toddler love to use family hub for music , watching videos even drawing .but my fridge will not have any finger print . Also I have unlimited supply of ice as I can scheduled to refill my tray over night.

Wanted a white refrigerator to match current kitchen appliances but could only find lower end refrigerators in that color. Also very useful it will allow you to take photos of what you put in and out of your refrigerator. Update your grocery list. Give you recipes based off of what ingredients you have in your refrigerator. Dont worry about expiring food as you'll always have plan of attack as what to cook. For me The Beverage Center™ it's probably one of the best features included in the four-door Flex. You get a self-filling jug of water. You can spruce up with some strawberries if you'd like also Cold water on tap. I love the fact that it's nicely hid behind the front panel. This way in the future if it gets a little messy? Maybe some hard water spots you? You can always cover it up away from your friends eyes. Seeing your embarrassing mess. Samsung added the Auto Open Door. This feature is so cool but I wasn't really sure how useful it would be until I got it in my home. it's amazing how many times your hands are too dirty to grab the doors. Like when you're cooking or they're too full to open the doors when you're bringing something from the grocery store. It turns out self opening doors come into play quite a lot. It's extremely useful not to mention so dang cool. Nothing's worse than ice maker problems a refrigerator. let me tell you Samsung's Dual Auto Icemaker it's truly a gift! It makes plenty of ice for our family. It has two different types to choose from. Very easy to access and always ready to make our beverages ice cold.
