This 4-door flex is absolutely incredible. The look and build quality are superb. It features Bespoke, which allows you to customize each panel color in stainless steel or glass to your taste. You can also change the flex on the Bottom right-side panel from a Drink refrigerator all the way to a freezer using Samsung FlexZone. Its features are a must: - AI Family Hub™+ largest display in the industry. And wow it's gorgeous. Our Hub is our main controller to our Smarthome running Samsung smartthings. We use it for recipes for cooking scheduling on our calendar Watching some TV and even YouTube. it's so cool not to mention our kids absolutely love it. drawing on it's whiteboard is definitely a favorite in our home. And honestly as it turn out the AI Vision Inside™ is something that's extremely more accurate than I thought it would be. Also very useful it will allow you to take photos of what you put in and out of your refrigerator. Update your grocery list. Give you recipes based off of what ingredients you have in your refrigerator. Dont worry about expiring food as you'll always have plan of attack as what to cook. For me The Beverage Center™ it's probably one of the best features included in the four-door Flex. You get a self-filling jug of water. You can spruce up with some strawberries if you'd like also Cold water on tap. I love the fact that it's nicely hid behind the front panel. This way in the future if it gets a little messy? Maybe some hard water spots you? You can always cover it up away from your friends eyes. Seeing your embarrassing mess. Samsung added the Auto Open Door. This feature is so cool but I wasn't really sure how useful it would be until I got it in my home. it's amazing how many times your hands are too dirty to grab the doors. Like when you're cooking or they're too full to open the doors when you're bringing something from the grocery store. It turns out self opening doors come into play quite a lot. It's extremely useful not to mention so dang cool. Nothing's worse than ice maker problems a refrigerator. let me tell you Samsung's Dual Auto Icemaker it's truly a gift! It makes plenty of ice for our family. It has two different types to choose from. Very easy to access and always ready to make our beverages ice cold. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new Bespoke Refrigerator. It's so big and spacious and customizable. I love the AI Family Hub+ and the AI Vision feature. There are so many features to be excited about here. The AI Family Hub+ is like a big tablet on your refrigerator where you can add apps and connect it to your alexa app as well as the Samsung SmartThings app. The AI Vision captures what you put into the fridge as well as what you take out of the fridge. This helps majorly when it's time for grocery shopping, makes it so much easier. I also love that you can customize the panels on the refrigerator to match or kitchen. Let's talk ice, there are two separate bins, one for cubed ice and for ice bites (my fav) and it comes with a scoop. Also no more filter water pitchers taking up space in my fridge, it has its own pitcher in its own space without compromising space. I love how thought out this fridge was and was put together very well. I seriously don't know how any fridge can top this. I highly recommend this amazing fridge to everyone.

I love Samsung because I can manage my appliances on my phone! The fridge looks beautiful. I am excited to explore all the features! I especially love that I can connect my fridge to the SmartThings app! I am enjoying the touchscreen to access a variety of apps! I love that I can see the weather and calendar right from my fridge! Not only that, I can check what is inside our fridge right from the screen! The fridge is so roomy! I am so excited to have such a huge fridge! We definitely have plenty of freezer space too. I am excited to have an ice maker! It makes two different types of ice! The Beverage Zone/Center is convenient too! As a mom, I appreciate the Fingerprint Resistant Stainless Steel! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The flex 4 door style Samsung offers is our new favorite, even better than a French door. Our previous fridge was a side-by-side and came with the house and we could not wait to upgrade. We were able to fit everything we had in our side-by-side into this fridge, and we still have a lot of useable space. The freezer was the most noticeable. I thought that we would have less room below due to the dual door design, but it’s the opposite. The roll out shelves and drawers in these compartments allow you to really organize your freezer. I feel like I have a ton of useable space down there and that’s after we emptied the other overloaded freezer into it. We think the bottom right will be an awesome mini fridge for the kids to easily get into until they are taller. We love the dual ice makers, but it has taken a bit of getting used to as we normally have always had in-door ice and water. Our kids like the Ice makers down low with a scoop they can use. We love the auto fill pitcher in the beverage station. Makes filling those glasses, sippy cups, etc. much faster. I like that it’s all conveniently located behind an outer panel in the door where you can organize other items for quick grab. The auto open doors is the feature that made my wife go WOW! I had to find the setting and turn it on, fine tune the leveling, but once set up... amazing. This fridge has a wonderful very large Ai hub touchscreen that allows you to control a variety of things including temperature of the zones. It scans things with a camera as you put them in and take them out. You can turn this on and off and it works well, but I find myself having to manually enter items names more often than not. I like that I can add expiration dates to the food, and it will help me keep track of what is about to expire. I wish I could see the inside of the main compartment, but the camera will only show remotely the doors and relies on the auto scan to tell me what is in main compartment. Personally, I feel it needs some improvement as I was overwhelmed at first setting it all up, but once I got settled in with it, I realized It could use a lot more apps. I like that I can use my Samsung phone with it easily to stream content though. It definitely is a nice touch to this fridge and I hope to see more apps added down the line. Overall this fridge is a home run for us. Checks a lot of boxes and we are very happy to use it every day. The versatility and features it offers are like none other I have had.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the sleek look, the stainless steel surface does catch a lot finger prints but it’s very easy to clean. The water hub is inside , I love it a lot, you can also set up auto fill for the pitcher. AI vision makes it easier to organize the food, set an expiration reminder, you get to see what’s inside without opening the doors. I love the duo ice maker, different cube sizes suitable for all kinds of usages. Bins on all four doors, this design gives extra room inside. It cools fast, doesn’t make a lot of noise, with all the app connections it literally feels like I have a phone on the fridge! Also the Smart Things app, if you got multiple devices from them definitely recommend to use it, manage all of them with one click.

My Samsung Bespoke 4-Door Flex Refrigerator was delivered and professionally installed. From the moment I locked eyes on it, I was in love. First I installed both apps ( Samsung and smart things apps).  While in settings turn on both ice makers, AI, Go to the settings and turn on both ice makers and activate the AI feature. The main reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  It was hard for me to find the test button on the ice maker after looking on the quick reference guide and watched a YouTube video and had success. Remember to dump your first couple of ice batches and drain a 1/2 gallon from your water pitcher.  You can add fruit, tea bags, or whatever you want to infuse in your water pitcher. My reason for purchasing this model was the dual ice makers.  My second was the beavage center. It has two huge bins and holds several drink options. Final reason was it is a computer inside your refrigerator smart technology at its best. It can play music show you cooking video's, update your goggle calendar and email. Never forget importance dates or things when using the AI features. I can go on and on about the best purchase I have made in a long time.  I love that you can decide how each door can be used and control the temperature to fit the item's storaged inside. The wider doors and the availability of several door bins allows you to see everything in your refrigerator. The whole family loves this purchase. So let's start with the size, it is huge. You can fit a lot inside. It has a space for everything and more. I love the freezer in comparison of my old fridge. I like that I can stack on shelves and even have space on the doors to store items. The AI Family Hub is such a nice addition to the fridge, you can watch stuff or even get recipes when you're in the kitchen. You can also download apps. But the AI Vision is my all time fav, it scans what you put in to keep track of what you have and tracks what you take out. This is helpful for when it's time to replenish groceries. This refrigerator has two separate ice cube bins and a scoop, one for cubed ice and one for my personal favorite, crushed ice. You can connect your fridge to your phone via the Samsung SmartThings app. Anyone will love this fridge and I highly recommend it.
