I bought these for myself as a birthday present because Ive ALWAYS wanted a pair of Bose headphones. It was even better that the headphones were on the holiday sale when I got them. The sound quality is really good and so is the noise cancellation, and I really like that in the app they have the EQ settings that you can change your audio to your liking. These are my very first pair and they live up the their reviews no doubt! I would say the only thing that I have an issue with the noise cancellation. When your in the car with the windows down, while having NC on, the audio tends to glitch from the wind. I dont know if thats just my pair, but it makes it hard to act like the main character in a music video when in the car lol. I also found that when you have multiple devices connected to your headphones the audio randomly cuts in and out as well. This issue can be solved by only having one device connected, but it does get tedious having to connect and disconnect every time I want to use them on a different device. Overall these are my favorite headphones ever, and Im happy with my purchase!!

I love the sound quality however the last two sets have been defective, Bose have subsidised a new pair and then replaced the defective subsidised ones. I would also question their partnership with UPS as I had to pay for a box etc when I provided my own, which Bose agreed that I was in the right however I did not receive a refund for the money I had to pay to UPS to return faulty headphones. So as much as I love Bose and have bought many items including sound system, earbuds, homepods, wireless speakers, built-in speakers (you get my drift), this has left a bit of a sour taste in my mouth. I contemplated Apple however will stick with Bose for the moment.

Having had these for just over a month, I've noticed I love them the more I use them. They replaced a pair of Beats Studio Pro 4, which I handed down to someone not so picky about audio quality. I have my EQ flat for my audio streaming service and fine tune it with the Bose app and I have found this to be the best way to tune your Bose QC's to your ears. Aside from excellent sound quality, they are lightweights, portable, and comfortable. I wear them for my workouts at the gym, at bedtime and not once do I feel discomfort. I could not ask for anything more.

The greatest headphones ever. I live in NYC, and when I have my headphones on, I can barely hear street noise… I use them to exercise, and for running they are amazing… a bit tricky when I’m lying down and lifting, but they are easy to position so they don’t fall off… incredibly satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend them to anyone!

I just love them. noise cancelling mode makes them very nice to block out outside noises and just enjoy the music. Nice added feature of switching to "aware" to better hear conversations around you. Very comfortable even when on ear for long periods

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Originally, I received the Bose headphones as a present. The sound quality was amazing, and I really enjoyed the feature of the noise cancellation. Though, I had a problem; it stopped working. After I returned and replaced the impaired set of headphones, I was in content. For the company, I expect less static noises. I still encounter static and interesting noises within the headphones. Idk if it’s my connection or service, but for the price, my standards are considered acceptable. Please improve. As a person who is very big on music and the privacy of listening to something without anyone hearing it; I suggest these headphones. It’s light, airy, and modes are adjustable (quiet, aware, or custom) in which allows for different mood and settings. I rate these headphones a 3/5; points off bc first set stopped working and reoccurrence of static noises.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got one last year and it’s been working great only issue I got it that when I’m traveling static gets into the sound when the airplane takeoff or lands I don’t know if anyone has experienced this issue but I have enjoy the sound and comfort that Bose QuietComfort Headphones promises!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was gifted a pair of choir comfort over the ear headphones from my children this holiday season. I had earbuds, but now that I am approaching 60 there's things in my fingers and constantly falling in the airplane while I travel let me to request this particular item the ease of use with the Bluetooth is light years better than Bose used to have And the sound quality is second to none based on the comparison to the Sennheiser that I presently own. I would personally recommend these to anyone as well as the ultras that my daughter had purchased at the same time.

The only problem I found is the headphones can't seem to get anymore snugger on my head. They feel loose even at the max closed setting. I can't imagine anyone wearing them at a looser setting as there is no way the headphones would be able to stay on their head. I'm not a small guy. My hat size is 7&7/8 and I wear a hat all day and still struggle to get a snug feeling on my Bose Headphones.
