The first time I put these on, I felt like I had just stepped into a soundproof bubble. It drowns out everything—kids yelling, dogs barking, my husband asking what’s for dinner (sorry, babe, didn’t hear you). If you’re someone who needs focus, relaxation, or just an escape from the world, these deliver. Now, let’s talk comfort. True to the name, these are like wearing clouds on your ears. I’ve had them on for hours, whether I’m working, traveling, or pretending I can’t hear my responsibilities, and they never get uncomfortable. The ear cups are soft, and they don’t clamp down on your head like some headphones do. Sound quality? Chef’s kiss. The audio is crisp, the bass is rich without being overpowering, and every little detail in my favorite songs comes through beautifully. Whether I’m jamming out to music, watching a movie, or listening to a podcast about why my ex was a narcissist (kidding… kind of), these make everything sound incredible. I was excited for these headphones, especially in my favorite color, yet was disappointed in the noise cancelling feature. The only way to cancel noise is to turn up the volume very high, which hurts my ears. I expected much higher quality for $400 headphones.

The greatest headphones ever. I live in NYC, and when I have my headphones on, I can barely hear street noise… I use them to exercise, and for running they are amazing… a bit tricky when I’m lying down and lifting, but they are easy to position so they don’t fall off… incredibly satisfied with my purchase, and would recommend them to anyone!

Received my headphones a few days ago. So far I love them. It's comfortable, sounds great and has great noise cancellation. I love that you can connect 2 devices simultaneously and only have to stop the one you are using in order to use the other one. It has great battery life, I can work all day with them and I still have at least 70%

I bought these a few weeks ago and have immediately fallen in love. I had no idea noise cancelling could be this good - in fact, too good! I suggest using awareness mode when you’re home along so your partner doesn’t scare the bejesus out of you when they return! Hah! The battery life is decent - I use them for work and listening to music and lasts a few days. Love being able to change the sound modes as well (bass, treble, etch. One thing is the controls aren’t the most intuitive - two presses on the up volume to skip to next song, three to go back. Would make more sense to just make up - next and down - previous.

My old ones I could wear for a few hours and my head would start to hurt. These I work for 6+ hours and my head had no pain. I like the option for noise canceling or aware to be able to hear what’s going on l. The ability to make custom modes and eq my music has also been nice. The only thing is I got them based on the color online looking like a dark navy blue and these are not that color they are a much brighter blue so I probably would have gone with a different color had I known.

Basically used it one day to hopefully drown out New Year’s Eve’s loud fireworks and wasn’t able to do it. I will use for travel on flights. Didn’t know how to listen to Pandora music and also play my Puzzle app on iphone at the same time. Need to review operations manual I guess.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Not my first rodeo with a BOSE product, but definitely one of my favorites. This is my second pair of the quietcomfort headphones. The first ones are still going strong but i've had to replace the foam ear pieces once. I love the sound quality and the comfort of the headphones. Adjustable to fit but not to tight after a period of long use. Great for meditating in a recliner or hammock, but when using in public like an airport, the aware mode allows me to hear my music while being attentive to public announcements.
