This is very strong.Im going to do just half a packet per 30 ounce.Has a pleasant strawberry flavor.

This product has definitely helped my husband's battle with dehydration. He has perked up tremendously from a very lethargic state.

Does not look like a strawberry drink. However, it does have a very strong strawberry smell. When mixed, it looks like dirty dish water. Bad tasting.

Unfortunately, I battle with leg cramps periodically and I have found that if I drink liquid IV on a regular basis, I do not experience that it definitely helps with hydration.

I love this product i make up 4 bottles the night b4 I mow my yard. when I take a break, it helps me revitalize quicker and helps with muscle pain by keeping me hydrated.

good flavor that left me feeling refreshed during recent health battle against an infection. as a diabetic it is very important to stay hydrated and it is difficult to do with most hydration assisting products.

Definitely keeps me hydrated and the strawberry flavor isn't overpowering !
