Wayyyyyy too sweet need a gallon of water go dilute it

This is my very favorite Liquid IV flavor ever!! Bought these for our Disney trip!!

Strawberry is a solid flavor that just takes care of business. .

The taste is light compared to some of the other flavors.

I've been drinking Liquid IV for a long time and so far I've had a pretty good experience with it. The flavor is pleasant, though it leans a bit sweet for my taste. It's designed to hydrate faster than water alone, which is great for those hot days when you feel drained. I found it particularly useful after a workout, at work or even just when I felt sluggish during the day. The single serving packets are super convenient to carry around and use on the go, especially when I'm traveling or just out and about. One thing to note is that it does contain 11g of sugar per serving, which might be a drawback if you’re watching your sugar intake, but there another version without sugar. However, it also comes with a good dose of vitamins, including B and C, which is a nice bonus. The sodium content is relatively high (around 22% of the daily value), which makes sense given its focus on hydration.

This is my go-to product for those hot days, intense work outs, or to cure a headache, fast! I have loved every flavor and they are so great when you are just feeling “yucky”. Def recommend for anyone- no matter what you may need it for. Also, love that the company helps provide water to people who struggle to gain access to clean water.

IT IS TOO EXPENSIVE.

I like the concept of Liquid IV but this flavor wasn’t good. The flavor was overpowering and made it more difficult to consume. The product works, but as mentioned the downside is the flavor. I’m open to trying other flavors.

Sometimes I don’t drink enough water and feel nauseous and dizzy …this has been the cure …highly recommend

One of the better flavors. Very crisp and can finish easily. Doesn’t taste too sweet and is even better with a sparkling water. And flavored ones
