Our family loves the cherry it is so satisfying. I used these when I need lots of water because I don't like just plain water.

Not too strong, but I also do dilute it a little. It seems to be the only thing that helps my breast milk production.

The subscription option is convenient and easy to change flavors. Cotton candy and strawberry are two of our favorites.

Hands down my favorite flavor. It reminds me of a properly mixed cherry kool-aid. Good cherry flavor not super sweet but not flat.

Good product. my intake is 200 ounces per day, but I still need hydration products. Have been using this one for years.
