I had to increase my water intake for a new medicine and I didnmt think I could do it. But the Strawberry Hydration Multiplier's delightful flavor made it possible for me.

Love this flavor! Not only does it taste good, but bc it is such a strong pronounced flavor, I think you get "more bang for your buck" because you can really double the amount of water.

My neurologist recommended trying some electrolyte drinks as part of my migraine treatment arsenal, to help prevent dehydration and recover after nausea and vomiting. I tried several brands and Liquid IV is by far the best tasting. Definitely recommend!

I wasn't sure what to expect from the cherry Liquid I. V. , but it actually tastes pretty great—sweet but not syrupy, with just enough tartness to keep it from being cloying. It mixes easily and doesn't leave that weird salty aftertaste some electrolyte drinks have. I've used it after workouts and on long days outdoors, and it genuinely helps me feel more hydrated and less wiped out.
