This razor pivots to fit the contours of his face and didn't leave any razor burn or nicks and left his face smooth and clean. I have been using the GilletteLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor by Gillette for several weeks now , and I can honestly say, this is the best razor I have found . I think the secret is the exfoliating bar that removes dirt and dead skin while you are shaving ,allowing for a closer shave. The best part is I have had no irritation from shaving! I am extremely happy with this razor !

This Razer leaves my skin completely smooth and exfoliated. This has made my shaving routine easier and even helps with my skincare routine by giving me a softer and smoother shave for other products. I highly recommend this Razer. I love it more each time that I use it and look forward to trying more from this line.

Second this razor has a smooth close shave that I need. The exfoliating bar is pretty cool also. It helps keep my skin soft and nice looking

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my new GilletteLabs with Exfoliating bar razor! It is by far the nicest razor I've ever used in terms of build quality and construction. The magnetic base stand is beautiful and goes well with my vanity. The cartridge easily applies onto the handle and WOW is it sharp! It has drastically cut down my shaving time at the sink. It doesn't get clogged up with stubble anywhere as fast as the other razors I've owned in the past. Wonderful, smooth clean shave. I really trust Gilette with shaving products and once again, they've knocked it out of the park. Highly recommended!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this GilletLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor to replace my old Mach 3 that i've had for years and I was super pumped the day that it arrived. I was looking forward to finally having a new razor with an exfoliating bar and also to finally have a magnetic base for my razor! (which is probably the 2nd coolest feature of this product after to the exfoliating bar =) The first few times I used this razor I did notice a closer shave, so much so that I noticed I could almost go and extra day without shaving versus the standard 2 days I was used to with my Mach 3. However, during a couple of these initial shaves I did have the unfortunate event of cutting myself with the razor when trying to shave just below my nostrils since I believe this razor simply has 1 too blades and can't adequately fit into and shave small spaces like the stubble just below my nose. So while I still use this razor for 90% of each of my shaves i've resorted to using my Mach 3 for the hard-to-get-to areas on my face to avoid cutting myself. So other than the "1 too many blades" concern above, I am still very happy with this razor and do enjoy the close shave, exfoliating bar, and magnetic base that it comes with. If they offered a smaller version of this razor with 1 or 2 less blades i'd buy it in a heart beat. But don't get me wrong this is still a great razor and worthy of at least 4 stars! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'm honestly impressed. I have thick facial hair and my neck is constantly irritated when I shave. I've used the Mach3 blades for years since more blades usually causes more razor burn. Whatever the green strip does - it seriously works. I had the closest shave of my life (like going to a barber shop) and my neck was not aggregated at all. The extra blades really make a closer shave and I could not believe how well the exfoliating bar actually works on the neck area. I was considering the new straight safety razor set to reduce irritation - but this is all I need. Hopefully the refill blades wont be too expensive!

I love the close shave it gives me, it leaves me feeling so smooth. With the exfoliating bar technology, I found it fascinating how it picks up debris and hairs, which usually clog my razor blades. The stand it comes with is pretty handy, normally I toss my razor on the sink but the stand gives it a more sophisticated feeling to it, and looks classy sitting on my sink.

This 5-blade razor delivers the same clean shave I expect from their products, but with a more refined look and a stylish stand that adds convenience. The stand is a great touch—it keeps the razor upright and allows the moisturizing strip to dry properly, which helps maintain the blade’s longevity. One unique feature is the rotating disk that lets the blade pivot during shaving. However, I found the internal resistance a bit too strong; it requires more pressure than I typically use, so I couldn’t fully take advantage of the pivoting action. Still, despite that minor drawback, the razor performs exceptionally well and leaves a smooth, clean finish.
