I biught this razor about 6 weeks ago. It has a really good feel to it but i dont like the shave. VERY EXPENSIVE ON BLADES compared to others. I can shave with it and by the next day it doesnt even look like i shaved at all. Other razors i can go 2 days between shaves. I even tried different shave creams just to see if it wiuld make a difference. Would not recomend the razor. Im very disapointed in myself on spending this kind of money on this and extra blades. I will go back to my other brand and save and have a better shave

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this a month ago and I'm glad I did. Gillette's Razors are high quality. They provide a smooth shave and the razors don't catch on your face. One swipe from the top of your face to the bottom. Highly recommend.

I was missing the stand, not a huge deal for me. The razors still gives a smooth shave and would recommend it for the cost and how well it shaves.

I didn't feel the exfoliating bar do much but I like the concept and I hope they keep improving. The stand is nice and i like have it somewhere instead of laying flat.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have very sensitive skin and this razor is quite gentle on my cheeks. I feel like it precisely cuts without digging into my skin too much. I also like the shape and feel of the razor. Gillette is my go to brand for shaving.

This 5-blade razor delivers the same clean shave I expect from their products, but with a more refined look and a stylish stand that adds convenience. The stand is a great touch—it keeps the razor upright and allows the moisturizing strip to dry properly, which helps maintain the blade’s longevity. One unique feature is the rotating disk that lets the blade pivot during shaving. However, I found the internal resistance a bit too strong; it requires more pressure than I typically use, so I couldn’t fully take advantage of the pivoting action. Still, despite that minor drawback, the razor performs exceptionally well and leaves a smooth, clean finish.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I got this GilletLabs with Exfoliating Bar Razor to replace my old Mach 3 that i've had for years and I was super pumped the day that it arrived. I was looking forward to finally having a new razor with an exfoliating bar and also to finally have a magnetic base for my razor! (which is probably the 2nd coolest feature of this product after to the exfoliating bar =) The first few times I used this razor I did notice a closer shave, so much so that I noticed I could almost go and extra day without shaving versus the standard 2 days I was used to with my Mach 3. However, during a couple of these initial shaves I did have the unfortunate event of cutting myself with the razor when trying to shave just below my nostrils since I believe this razor simply has 1 too blades and can't adequately fit into and shave small spaces like the stubble just below my nose. So while I still use this razor for 90% of each of my shaves i've resorted to using my Mach 3 for the hard-to-get-to areas on my face to avoid cutting myself. So other than the "1 too many blades" concern above, I am still very happy with this razor and do enjoy the close shave, exfoliating bar, and magnetic base that it comes with. If they offered a smaller version of this razor with 1 or 2 less blades i'd buy it in a heart beat. But don't get me wrong this is still a great razor and worthy of at least 4 stars! The blades are more expensive than other Gillette blades but its the top of the range, so its to be expected. The razor is a good design but it does not shave close enough and leaves patches. Let me explain. The top and bottom pads are raised way higher than the blades themselves which in my opinion is the reason for the bad performance.

Aesthetical its perfect. Light in weight, flexible and smoothly go over chin without any risk of cutting. Swivel feature of the razor gives the edge to shaving. Clean cut makes shaving experience smoother. You can clean the foam and hair under the running water during shaving very easily, changing blade is very easy. Loved the new razor.
