I have had the sensor and the Mach3 and this Labs razor comes in third. The handle is heavy and clumsy and although the blades last they do not give the close smooth shave the Mach3 gives. I would love to trade it back for some Mach3 blades.

It allows for a smoother shave and since it’s metal and rubber coated it’s durable. The multiple blades allow for a pretty good shave but for some spots you’ll have to go back and shave again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wasn’t expecting much, but the Gillette Exfoliating Bar Razor really surprised me. The little exfoliating bar actually makes a difference! It gently scrubs before the blade hits, so the shave feels smoother and less irritating. My skin felt cleaner and less bumpy after using it. Honestly, it's the first razor that made me feel like I wasn’t just rushing through a shave.

It has some kind of ball that rotates to get tricky spots. Let's not forget about the base which allows you to put it away with the blade sitting up instead of laying on something. A lot of thought and consideration was given when this razor was made and it really shows, making it worth its value. There isn't any scent that it leaves behind which I also find as a bonus

On the outside It’s a regular razor box with the image and logo but the quality and detail for a normal razor is superb. I love the gunmetal color and the sleekness of the razor along with the stand it provides, it’s such an elevated experience. While reading the outside packaging, the extra star come from the fact that Gillette is providing a lifetime warranty for the razor handle. It’s great to see large companies stand behind their product again. As for the razor usage it’s self, I tried it on my legs first to get used to it, since it seems to have a little weight behind it, along with the exfoliating bar. So far it did an amazing job. Super smooth and the little weight helped it glide without having to put too much pressure on certain areas. The exfoliating bar allowed for a cleaner shave. All in all I would highly recommend this product!

I found that it had a nice weight to it suggesting good durability. The color is sleek and just visually appealing in any countertop.

I have sensitive skin, so pairing it with a good shaving cream has been great for reducing razor burn. I shave fairly often, and I have used the same razor head for over a month, and it’s still shaving very well. More expensive but works better than cheaper razors.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Okay, off the bat this is a FANTASTIC Razor. I had some of the easiest, smoothest, and best shaves of my life this 5-bladed Gillette Labs Razor. This thing literally can move is all directions, gliding and molding to the shape of your face, it’s glorious. The stand it comes with is ultra premiem- it’s also magnetic! (not very strong- the handle fits in a socket in the stand so it’s very secure) the stand holds the Razor upright and presents itself like a freaking trophy. Its very stylish and looks simply awesome in your bathroom. My only gripe is the quality of the 5-bladed cartridge. This kits only comes with 1x cartridge. After my 3rd shave with this Razor I noticed it was easier to nick and cut my face accidentally while shaving. This almost never happens to me with other cheaper brand’s razors. I typically use razor cartridges up to 20 times or more before changing them. But with the Gillette Labs Razor you only receive 1x Razor cartridge and it gave me issues after its 3rd use. Also the blade started to rust after my last shave. This could be a quality control issue or just a bad razor cartridge, but if this Razor cartridge didn’t give me issues and rust this would get a 5/5 and I’d use this Razor for the rest of my life! You may have better luck than I, but I wish it came with atleast 2x Catridges for me to test and I wish the only cartridge I received didn’t rust after a few shaves. I still recommend this Razor regardless. If you’re looking for a Razor that has an ultra smooth shave, premium handle and stand, that looks amazing- then the Gillette Labs Razor is the probably the best Razor on the market!

It has a nice heft to it due to its metal construction, and feels very sturdy. Overall a good pick for the money.
