It's powdered sugar and it's not hard to get right. I like the smaller manageable bags vs the 25/50lb bags for my needs.

I use this powdered sugar all the time to make cakes and cupcakes. I prefer it over other name brands. I have been using it for years.

Beware, I’ve purchased over 30 bags of powdered sugar and none had 7 lbs. as advertised on the bag, all had 6 lbs.

I didn’t like that the some of contents in the bags arrived with hard clumps instead of it all entirely soft like when I previously purchased in store.

I was hesitant to try it because I thought it would be similar to the off brands of powdered sugar. But it's similar to the best! Great value for your money!

My bag had burst in the box with my other items. What a mess. The people packing the box should have put the powered sugar in a shipping bag to protect it.

It's powdered sugar as I expected. The ziplock bag is lousy though. I recommend having a container that you can move the sugar to after it is opened. The ziplock part tends to tear too far causing it to not seal.

I have been disappointed with this lately. It has been extremely lumpy and hard. not light and fluffy like it use to be. It is like they stopped shifting it before bagging the product.
