This is not the same product of the past. I could not even sift the grainy particles out. Cream Cheese Buttercream frosting was crunchy and just terrible texture. Definitely not good for cake frostings.

I've been purchasing this powdered sugar for around 3 years now! I love it! Such a great value and I use for all my baking needs throughout the year.

I have used this Members Mark in my Funnel Cake food trailers and I have not found one lump in the bags I have used so far....So I have no complaints so far

I have been buying this for 2 years now as I use a lot of it for my business. The last time I purchased, there were small, rock hard pieces throughout the bag that could not be broken. Like ROCKS. It kept clogging my piping tip and when I figured out what it was, I had to throw out the sugar and redo what I already had done. I had gotten bags in the past that had very hard clumps of sugar that had to be broken with a good amount of pressure. I will not be repurchasing and I do not recommend.

This was the worst powdered sugar I have EVER bought. It was full of sugar rocks. I had no idea I was going to need to put it in the blender before using it, so, blissfully unaware, I put it into the frosting I was making for my 4 year old's birthday cake. The real problems began when I tried to put it on the cake; the crumb coat ripped the cake to shreds as I used my spatula to spread it onto the cake BECAUSE IT WAS FULL OF ROCKS. Then. I tried whipping it again in hopes of breaking up the rocks. I put it into my frosting bag, got two flowers in and had to dig the rock out of the piping tip with a fork. This continued on and on. Thank goodness the cake tastes good because it looks AWFUL thanks to Sam's club.

The powdered sugar is fine, good price, I just forgot it while in store so ordered for shipping. The problem is the shipper (FedEx), this box arrived crushed on one end with a tear that was partly taped over. Needless to say, the bag of sugar arrived with a pinhole in it somewhere as it was covered in powder and when I laid it on the counter sugar poofed out. It'd be nice if businesses would hold shippers to account for their low quality service.

I've been using this powdered sugar for a long time and have no complaints and I like buying the larger bags. However I wish they would do something different on the zip closure, its nothing but a nuisance. First off its on the side of the bag, which gives a pocket that makes it more difficult to get out of the bag. Second... the zipper closure is useless, you fill up the ridges with the product pouring it out and unless you want to spend 30 minutes cleaning them out, will not zip close. This is such a simple fix.. put it at the top.

Good as powdered sugar can be. Couldn't ask for more. Great value

I make ALOT of cakes! This is an economical but high quality sugar.

Sugar is very clumpy and needs to be sifted before use.
