I like the size bag this comes in--it takes me through a few recipes. There were no lumps in the bag, fully powder, which mixes well in a recipe.

I decorate a lot of cakes, and using this powdered sugar is what I use. It does not get gritty on me, mixes well and is a great bargain!

powder is hard, heavy, and full of tiny pieces that do not break up when making icing without having to shift it 2-3 times

Bag very thin and can pop if not handled with extreme care. Even when sifted it is still not super smooth for buttercream when baking

Good quality powdered sugar. It is a staple in my pantry for frosting, cookies, or a quick sweet topping. Large bag has a zip lock for resealing.
