I do a lot of baking and this is so handy to have. Its a 7 pound bag and keeps me from running out so often.

I like the size bag this comes in--it takes me through a few recipes. There were no lumps in the bag, fully powder, which mixes well in a recipe.

Bag very thin and can pop if not handled with extreme care. Even when sifted it is still not super smooth for buttercream when baking

It is powered sugar. Fine powdered sugar. No clumps noted. Will purchase this item again when needed.
