Absolutely beautiful, high-quality set. My original order was missing a few pieces but I reached out directly to the manufacturer (JoyC) and they couldn’t have been more responsive or helpful. I received the tiles within a few days. I have never seen a set this beautiful or this high quality for such a reasonable price. I ordered a second to give as a gift!

I ordered the Blooming set and it is beautiful! Some reviewers mentioned that their sets were missing the 4 red dragons. Mine was, too. But I did not want to return the set, so I contacted the manufacturer using the contact form on their website (JoyC, I found them on Google) and they could not have been nicer or more apologetic. They said there was a problem with one run of that set, and they mailed me the missing dragon tiles that same day! (They even emailed the tracking number.) I sent them a photo so they would know the tiles were blank, but they didn't even ask for that. Would it have been easier if all the tiles were included from the start? Yes, but the set is so pretty that to me it was worth a bit of effort to be able to keep the set. By the way, this set sells for $249 on JoyC's website as well as a couple other places, so this is a very good deal. The tiles are thick and heavy and the pictures don't do them justice. The mat is very pretty and seems to be of good quality. The racks and pushers don't attach together like most racks/pushers, but that isnt really a problem.

Pretty set. I don’t care for the pushers since it’s 2 pieces and not connected. And if you play with blanks and extra jokers the pushers could be longer. I feel like we have been dropping tiles more with this set than others. The lip of the pusher that the tiles sit on seems narrow. Good started set for the price.

These oversized tiles are absolutely gorgeous! Somehow, my set was missing red dragons. When I reached out to the manufacturer, they sent out replacements right away, and I received them very quickly. Their customer service was fantastic. The only thing I wish was different is that I wish the mat was rolled instead of folded because you do have to let the mat smooth out.

This is a beautiful starter set. The set I purchased was missing the red dragons and 4extra blanks were included. An email to JoyC to inform them was met by an immediate response and red dragons being mailed to me the next day. I purchased a second set as a gift. The only thing I didn’t like is that the pushers are not attached to the rack (minor inconvenience). The tiles are beautiful. Customer support was excellent.

I was so excited to order and open this. First, the packaging is lovely. Better than anticipated. Would make a great gift. Everything is packed in the carry bag. Carry bag is cute. Needs some breaking in to get rid of wrinkles. Cute styling. I love the tile bag. It’s more of a box. More cute styling. Tiles have a nice feel. I was suspect about what they would be like but they compare to many of the other basic sets I own. I bought the pink and it is very pretty. My critique: the 1 Bam is not a Bird in the pink set, but it is in the yellow set. One bam is just a one bam. Lost opportunity. Individually the tiles are easy to read/understand. However, when laying on the table or on a rack across the table, there is not great differentiation among many of the tiles. For example, the red dragons and 8 cracks are similarly “full of red”. Also, the numbers on red are not clear from across the table. The winds are also similarly too alike. I imagine with younger eyes these things might not matter. I’m 55 with average middle age vision. The mat is quite different from most on the market. More of an ultra suede vs neoprene. It felt nice to play on. Definitely have to try to handle the wrinkles out. It is pretty with a nice design. The racks are clear with a detached pusher which I prefer. For $150, this is a fantastic set. It was good to teach with tonight because there are no tricky tiles. Flowers are flowers. And 1 bam is just a 1 bam. Just be sure to turn the lights way up or you’ll never know what is across from you. I would definitely recommend this to my students as a well made, fair-priced set that is cuter than your average intro set. (Not including photos because website is accurate.

Super cute set. Perfect for just getting into Mah Jong and not wanting to spend a ton of $$. There were some missing tiles but I contacted the company and they fixed it immediately!

This set was missing all the red dragons. Terrible customer service experience in trying to replace the set. Order the same set from other retailers to save yourself the trouble.

This is a very nice set for the price and a nice storage bag to contain it. While the tiles are small, they are colorful and easy to handle. Overall this is a great set and would make a great present or set to have.

I got this set in Blooming and Cirque. I found the Blooming up be my favorite. There was a tile that had a mar that was noticeable, I reached out to the company and they responded quickly to replace the tile.
