TOOK A CHANCE ON PURCHASING A PORTABLE WASHER WITHOUT SEEING IT FIRST. IT WORKS GREAT AND I WOULD DEFINITELY RECOMMEND TO OTHERS. THE ONLY THING I DID NOT LIKE ABOUT THIS PURCHASE WAS THE WAY IT WAS DELIVERED. THE WASHER WAS DELIVERED WITHOUT ANYONE KNOWING THAT IT WAS DONE. THE DELIVERY PERSON MADE NO ATTEMPT TO RING DOORBELL NOR KNOCK ON THE DOOR. IT WAS LEFT OUT ON SIDE OF HOUSE IN PLAIN VIEW OF THE STREET. ANYONE COULD HAVE TAKEN IT. I WOULD HAVE BEEN WITHOUT THE UNIT AND THE AMOUNT I PAID FOR IT. I WILL NOT BEING USING HOME DELIVERY ON ANY FUTURE PURCHASES. OVERALL THE WASHER IS GREAT, THANKS!

My review is a bit bias. I previously had a Haier (#HLP23E 1.5 cu ft) portable washer for over 6 years that worked fantastically until I started to receive an error code E4 (clear the water valve). Which caused the water to flow into the washer very very slowly...pretty much dripping instead of flowing. After my friend attempted to clear the water valve, it still did not fix the issue. I would have to fill the washer with a bucket in order to wash and that became way too timely and inconvenient. So I finally decided to make a new purchase. I chose this washer due to the great price and the larger cu ft. which I figured would mean I could wash more clothes than I could in my Haier. Well, like some other reviews, the washer was delivered with 2 dents. The company should do a better job with packaging in order to minimize damage. All in all, the washer washes okay, it is way louder than my Haier was. And although it is larger in cu ft. I can only wash about the same amount of clothes as I could in my Haier because the washer DOES NOT fill up with water....so it limits the amount of clothes because its not enough water in the wash. I considered filling up with more water using a bucket but that is the very reason I decide to make this new purchase. I should have gotten another Haier but I'll have to do with this one...

Great for someone who doesn't have washer/dryer hookups or the space for a full size washer. It is a lot bigger than I thought but small enough to put away after each use. Assembly is simply screwing in a tray at the bottom of the washer. I love the wash and feel like it cleans just as well as a full size washer, maybe better. Have had it about a week or so & have laundry about every other day without complaints. It's a great machine, a great buy! Oh! There is this dispense thing on the inside of the machine, (or so I think, it doesn't say what it is or what it's used for inside the owners manuel) but I've used it for fabric softener without an issue.

1- it has very nice and efficient program. 2- it fits a lot of cloths. 3- it leaves cloths very clean and dry. 4- easy to assemble and use on the same day, just need to buy a dolly to move it easily. 5-shipped from walmart on time 6- please note that it is 2 cu ft (not 2.1 as mentioned)

Life saver! There's not a hookup for a regular washing machine in our apartment so we got this instead of using the laundromat. The inside is huge! I wash a week's worth of clothes for a family of 4 in only three loads. Love the 15-minute quick wash too! Runs quiet and cleans great.

I absolutely love it !! I'm so happy I bought it.It works great,you have several options of cycles,even a quick 15 min one that washes very well. The final spinning cycle is excellent too. The price was reasonable. As a working professional,not having to go out of the apt to do laundry makes a huge difference as far as how I manage my time.I can enjoy my days off much more now !!

I absolutely LOVE this washing machine. It works better than the full size machine that I used to own and which I paid a lot of money for. You won't be disappointed with this powerhouse. It will get your clothes super clean and wrings them out really well. I dreaded going to the laundromat to do my clothes and didn't have the space for a full size washing machine. I'm so glad I bought this RCA 2.0 washing machine... it's been a life changer!

Great washer, compact, washes great and clothes smelling clean and fits alot of clothes for it to be a 2.0 cube 6 cycles and the spinning cycle makes your clothes almost dry, very quiet machine as well and hooks to your sink all and all great machine and space saving

I had a Magic Chef 2.1 cu ft Portable Washer for about 5 years which identical with this one except the top cover. I though this RCA version is improved. I have a couple of problems. (1) "large" fills water only half of the drum. (2) It wahses once, and the rinse cycles are basically the spin cycles with adding a bit of water, and then it has the last spin cycle for 33 minutes. There is no water to squeeze out for most of the time. It just spins. This is not a normal functioning washer by any standard.

I researched and researched online before making this purchase. The brand name RCA is owned by Curtis International. They manufacture these same "portable" washers for a number of brand names at widely varying prices. I recently purchased this washer from Walmart for $249 plus sales tax with free delivery to nearby store for pickup. I did not want it delivered to my house because there were so many poor reviews for the product arriving damaged. I figured if the box was badly damaged when I went to pick it up at the store then I would not leave the store with it. I got to the store and the packaging did not look overly damaged so I brought it home. I have now unpacked the machine only to find out that the enclosed adapter does not fit my faucet. I went immediately to Home Depot and they do not have an appropriate adapter for my faucet. I bought my faucet at Home Depot. The type of faucet is very common. So now I face packing this thing back up and taking it quickly back to Walmart. I am going to do a little more hunting for an adapter that will do the job. It would have been great if they had included a couple of types of adapters. I am probably never going to turn the machine on so I cannot write anything about it's performance. Disappointed. If anything changes I will post it 1/14/2017.
