The app makes it easy to start your next cup.I also like how quiet it is compared to my other machine. This machine heats fast but I do feel like the brew takes a while to finish. I did not like that the scheduled brews have to be confirmed to brew and feel they should automatically brew. I also do not like that I cannot use grounds with this device. The brew Id is useful but also makes me a little impatient when trying to start my brew. I think its great to see the future of coffe makers and how useful it can be. This machine is a great step forward and little tweaking and this would be perfect. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade. I like that it doesnt take up alot of counterspace and the pitcher style water tank is awesome for refilling. I do think the cup sizes could go bigger for those filling large mugs to take to work. The cup station should also be longer to fit those style. I find myself having to pour the cup into my travel cup which is tricky with hot coffee.I do like the option of cold brew and look forward to using that feature.I like this brewer and look forward to seeing updates.

It's pretty neat how it remembers your profile and recognizes the K-Cup that you put in there and that specific brand/selection. This might replace my regular coffee maker from now on.

I had a basic keurig years ago and always found that my coffee wasn’t hot enough or strong enough. This machine gets my coffee very hot and I can adjust the strength to make the coffee just as strong as the French pressed coffee I’ve been making. The only thing I didn’t love so far is that I’ve been getting quite a bit of coffee grinds in my cup. Other than that I think it’s a great option and love that you can really customize. The app is user friendly as well.

First of all, to be able to turn it on from my phone makes a great start to my day. My hubs like his coffee hotter than me, so being able to select the temperature is a game changer! He used to make his cup of coffee and then microwave it to make it hotter. That is now a thing of the past! I love the sleek design, and the ease of refilling the water. Putting a handle on the tank was genius! I have not tried it over ice as I am not a fan of iced coffee, but there has not been one thing that I tried that I did not like! Thanks for such an amazing product!

So, I was amazed that there’s a “favorites” button that SAVES how you want your coffee. It’s simply amazing and definitely replaced my old coffee pot!
