You can change the heat levels, the ounces of coffee brewed, and the strength of the brew, and you can save your settings. It can connect to wifi and figure out exactly which types of K-cups I’m using and then you can save the settings for that specific brand. The water pitcher comes with a filter so you don’t have to pour in filtered water, you can use tap water and it will filter it for you. I also love that Influenster sent me not one but THREE delicious varieties of name-brand coffee to use with the Keurig. Thanks Keurig and Influenster!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this product and test it out. I love the sleek design of it and it fits well in my small space. It came with three boxes of pods and coupons, which is awesome! The price for pods is not too bad, seeing as I don't drink more than a cup a day. The only issue I have with the Kuerig is that once or twice, it has claimed a new pod was used and I had to put in a new one. It pokes holes in the top, so that is a waste of good pod. The cleaning process is a breeze and the coffee tastes heavenly! Get you one of these beauties!

In our home we are coffee drinkers and this Keurig K-Supreme Smart Plus totally changed the game! The K Cups of coffee that came with the Keurig were very flavorful. The feature I love the most is there is a setting to brew over ice! Hello… who wouldn’t love that especially in the summer. The sleek gorgeous design gives more counter space, Wi-Fi connect, Keurig app lets you brew from anywhere, and you get to control the settings. Brew ID let’s YOU control size, temperature of your brew, and strength. Brew ID let’s you store personal FAVORITES in app and on the Keurig machine. I loved how easy it was to set up and how it has a Cleansing Brew setting, little things like that are so important and make life easier. The water reservoir even has a filter which insures quality flavor. I’ve always loved Keurig brand and this will always be the brand I choose! ❤️

Deducting half a star for the wifi not connecting but that could just be my house and not the machine. Really enjoying this complimentary product. First time Keurig owner!!

I had a basic keurig years ago and always found that my coffee wasn’t hot enough or strong enough. This machine gets my coffee very hot and I can adjust the strength to make the coffee just as strong as the French pressed coffee I’ve been making. The only thing I didn’t love so far is that I’ve been getting quite a bit of coffee grinds in my cup. Other than that I think it’s a great option and love that you can really customize. The app is user friendly as well.

Takes up less counter space and so many more choices when brewing the perfect cup of coffee in the morning. And the ability to connect it to Wi-Fi along with the app were some features I didn’t know I needed. The app shows you recipes to try and Wi-Fi and Bluetooth allow for brewing from anywhere.

I love Keurig coffee machines, but this one is the worst I’ve experienced. Every cup I make I have to wait for all the stinking grinds to settle to the bottom, then suck them out with a straw. Very inconvenient. (1st world problems I know). I brew 8'oclock hazelnut. I definitely DO NOT recommend this machine.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Ok, so I’ve had Keurig in the past, I like the convenience factor, but that’s it. In the end it just doesn’t compare to other “traditional” ways of brewing coffee. K-cup pods only have enough grounds for a 6oz brew, so your essentially just have watered down coffee with the larger brew options. The added features are ok, set up was easy. I tried multiple different combinations with the supplied kcups and they were all pretty much the same. Either way, everyone has their preference, mine happens to be grinding beans and brewing with a drip coffee maker. A little extra time, but it’s just produces more flavorful coffee.

I didn’t have time to reset the the modem. I used it on my counter top! Near my coffee jars. Yes I would totally recommend it 100 percent!
