The design is simple but sleek as well, and if you've owned a keurig then you should have no issues operating this one. I wanna say that the new smart I.d feature they added I really love. You set up an account on the keurig app and follow the directions to set up the type of brew/temp/strength you want so you can have it ready while you get ready for work.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had a Keurig for over 10 years and I’ve needed to upgrade but I haven’t found one where I was like that’s the one… when I saw I was chosen to test this product I was super excited this new Keurig is awesome between the filter and being able to brew right from my phone I’m in love! I love that their are more options of how to make my coffee as well. To say I’m excited I dont have to make a pot of coffee anymore is an understatement this product goes above and beyond my expectations 10/10

This one made things super easy and the fact that you can move the water reservoir around was pretty cool. I really liked that you can make a cup of coffee in different sizes depending how much you need it.

I really like size, shape and convenience of this coffee maker. Is it as “smart” as they make it out to be- not really. It’s just a coffee maker that makes coffee when you want it to.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was so excited to receive this product and test it out. I love the sleek design of it and it fits well in my small space. It came with three boxes of pods and coupons, which is awesome! The price for pods is not too bad, seeing as I don't drink more than a cup a day. The only issue I have with the Kuerig is that once or twice, it has claimed a new pod was used and I had to put in a new one. It pokes holes in the top, so that is a waste of good pod. The cleaning process is a breeze and the coffee tastes heavenly! Get you one of these beauties!

I love that it has different strength options. I gave it 4 stars because for some reason it would not connect to my Keurig app and I was struggling with it for ten minutes till I gave up. Other than that, no problems with it so far. I also like how it came with three different boxes of pods.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This coffee maker is great so far. Takes up minimal counter space. Was easy to get set up. Haven't used the timer feature yet. Wish that you didn't have to confirm the timed brew. That kind of takes away the whole point of scheduling it honestly. But whatever. It was nice they sent some sample coffees with it. I bought some other k cups to try as well. I also love that you can pull the bottom piece out and fit a larger cup here. Makes it much easier for on the go!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This is my third Keurig machine. It is amazing how they have evolved and this is the best one yet. I love the fact that the reservoir is much easier to remove, clean and transport. The fact that you can customize size, strength and how hot you want your coffee is definitely a game changar. You can also connect it to your wifi and program remotely and start brewing remotely as well. I couldn’t be happier.

The app makes it easy to start your next cup.I also like how quiet it is compared to my other machine. This machine heats fast but I do feel like the brew takes a while to finish. I did not like that the scheduled brews have to be confirmed to brew and feel they should automatically brew. I also do not like that I cannot use grounds with this device. The brew Id is useful but also makes me a little impatient when trying to start my brew. I think its great to see the future of coffe makers and how useful it can be. This machine is a great step forward and little tweaking and this would be perfect. I would recommend this to anyone looking for an upgrade. I like that it doesnt take up alot of counterspace and the pitcher style water tank is awesome for refilling. I do think the cup sizes could go bigger for those filling large mugs to take to work. The cup station should also be longer to fit those style. I find myself having to pour the cup into my travel cup which is tricky with hot coffee.I do like the option of cold brew and look forward to using that feature.I like this brewer and look forward to seeing updates.
