Keurig K-Supreme Smart Single Serve K-Cup Pod Coffee Maker

We bought the Keurig several months ago and we started to have some brewing problems.  I notified the Keurig and we had a replacement within a week.

Best Coffee Maker. I love the reservoir with a handle that can let me easily add water when needed. I also really enjoyed the smart brew feature.

Brought one failed out of the box. Got another one same problem. Then Keurig says they will help but when you call you the phone connection horrific

Horrible product

I absolutely love my new Keurig. Coffee made fresh and fast just the way I like it. It's so easy to use. And I rack up the rewards with every cup.

Unfortunately we had a failure within warranty, Keurig could not have been more responsive. We received a replacement within four days.

It is phenomenal!! Just pop in a pod and the keurig recognizes the brand/name and brews it accordingly!!

Fast and Easy

This replacement is wonderful!  We didn’t even realize the old coffee maker wasn’t even making a full 12oz cup or even as hot as it should have been.

Have had 3 keurigs. All have had problems with thermal overload switch malfunctioning. Need to disassemble and using a clip reset thermal overload until it happens again

Problems

The TL;DR: the Smart features are overbearing and mostly useless. 

Comes with Smart features with a connected app that might be handy for some people, but I didn't see myself using. I was hoping the scheduled brew would be useful, but you have to open the app and "activate" the brew. I know this is to make sure there's a fresh pod and a cup to catch it, but "analog" brewers don't require this. It renders the scheduler pointless.
You can't schedule a brew for tea because you can only get hot water from the "Hot Water" setting, and that's not available in scheduling on the app. 
It knows what pods you put into the brewer, and has preset recommended settings for them, which is neat, but then it tracks your usage to then try to sell you more pods (and a subscription). 
There's now 5 nozzles instead of 1, to control brew strength, which is nice, but if you use self-fill pods, you'll need new ones, and I don't know if any 3rd party pods will work because they'll likely lack a recognizable QR code.
