Brought one failed out of the box. Got another one same problem. Then Keurig says they will help but when you call you the phone connection horrific

It is a great coffee maker, very sleek design and smart. Coffee is made with the right temperature which gives a perfect flavor.

This was a replacement for my old Keurig coffee machine. I like the compact size and the features, especially the favorite option.

I am enjoying the fact of using the app to start brewing while I am in bed. Brews the perfect kcup.

Really good size reservoir so I can make multiple cups before refilling. The smart id is great...especially the iced drinks.

Like the slim look. Works differently than any other Keurig I've had. So far I like it and hope it lasts as long as my Keurig Elite has.

I love the range of settings but every time it goes to sleep I have to reset the Wi-Fi so it’s impossible to set it to do a timed brew

I love the way you can customize your cup of coffee and the fact that i can do this from my phone. So happy.

Already doesn't recognize it's own reusable kpod and it hasn't even been two weeks of ownership yet. Can't recommend this product to anyone.

we are loving our new Keurig. I especially love that you can make it hotter and stronger. It has been great so far!
