Thanks Ruby for your suggestion on using tape. I used black electrical tape and it worked great. I don't even have to remove it because it barely shows. Directions were simple and to the point.

Needs more reinforcement on the shelfs. Would also be good if the poles had twice the number of notches as I have variation in tote sizes and so could more efficiently utilize the shelves.

I received mine, and the poles have a missing plug where you can screw in the wheels, so now it is a stand-alone shelf, and the whole reason I got these shelves was so I can move them around.

These are the best tote storage racks on the market because of the great price and the fact they have wheels which makes all the difference for ease of use. Easy to put together, too.

I have to say that I love the 4-Tier NSF-Certified Steel Shelving, Model No. SHE24336B. It turned the disorganized floor/area by my desk in our office room to a much neater and handy space for my looseleaf binders, large printer, and more. Plus our bird likes to sit on the top. . . A suggestion I have would be to have more grooves in the poles to be able to adjust the shelf positions. You might also want to add a description of the graphite color as being a very dark gray. Everything else, customer notifications, shipping, was perfect and I would not hesitate to order from you again. Thank you very much.
