[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Yummy and lasts all day! No crash and dissolves well. Good value for the price will definitely be adding this to my regular purchases. It is also reasonably priced and can be used daily.

Liquid plus energy tastes great and gives a pep of energy while hydrating. I use both plus energy and regular. I do not tolerate sugar in drinks and Liquid IV does not seem to effect sugar levels
