Liquid plus energy tastes great and gives a pep of energy while hydrating. I use both plus energy and regular. I do not tolerate sugar in drinks and Liquid IV does not seem to effect sugar levels

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Very good product. Love that it is sugar free. Tastes like actual juice. It does make the water a bit thick, but it's not in a bad way. Easy for travel and easy to use.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love Liquid IV. My favorite is the grapefruit for my hydration cocktail. It's good flavor but it is not my personal favorite. Good for someone who needs hydration and energy kick.
